My dear Tony, who did tell you need flood insurance in the state of FL? Flood insurance is just required in some particular areas, for example, Ocala is not. In this link, you can check the areas that require flood insurance msc.fema.gov/portal/search
My insurance company state farm no more policy in the state of Florida and CA
Those fans date the rooms, also the cheap wire shelves in the closets and builder grade mirrors in bathroom.😏 And why is the water heater exposed instead of hidden?🤷
