I love the 1968 built renovated/remodeled home!! It is the best of the bunch with lots of personality and nice little touches. I noticed the coffee bar to the right as you went out of the back door to the pool. Just so cute!
Great presentation, fast quick, unlike others who praises every nook and cranny. Most of all the realtors in Florida does not show the whole area outside the house. they do not uderstand that if I am moving from NY to florida, it is because of the weather and we have to see the outside area specifically the backyard. You have got a subscriber. Thanks.
Ryan, great video. I'm a Realtor from California, its amazing that homes can still be built in Florida for under $200/sf including garage & lot. It's about $700/sf out here in California. Like the lot on home #2. How far are these homes from shopping, schools etc. What is the nearest town? If an investor purchased one of these, how easy would it be to rent & what kinds of rents could they expect? Thanks!
Hey there thanks for watching. Citrus Springs is near by everything you need. Schools, Walmart, Publix, Restaurants. Target being built now. Nearby towns are Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Inverness, Dunnellon, Crystal River. People definitely rent out houses in Citrus Springs a lot. Homes similar to the first 3 I'd estimate roughly $2k/month. @@ryanfowlerFL Ryan, Thanks so much for your info, I'll keep you in my referral data base. That sounds like a fair return. I know that Ocala is popular with people with horses & that lifestyle. Do you also service Orlando?
these are nice i wonder how the homeowners ins is are these close enough to coast to be storm risk elevated ? i just hear crazy stories about ins going up but have no clue as i am up in jersey but maybe not forever !
Thanks for watching! Citrus Springs is inland enough that coastal flooding doesn't affect the area. Home owner's insurance for these new construction properties is very low cost usually around $900-$1200 / yr depending on the home.
Nice, My mom and I are thinking of moving out of Tampa...exploring that area up by Ocala, Do you have any videos made in Inverness? comparing like you do with here
I have a bunch of videos featuring Inverness. I’d be happy to send you some listings so you can see what’s currently available. Email me at ryanffowler@gmail.com to get started!
A- Rated schools usually come along with higher priced homes unfortunately. There are decent public schools here but you'd have to do some research on how you plan to school your children. I think if you want to make better money, work for yourself! *Not financial advice ;)
If interest rates get in the mid-5%, we'll be looking at prices continuing upwards. I'm in California & we still are having multiple offers on homes. Prices have still increased 7% in California this year. Yes, insurance is very high in Florida & also in California.
@@ryanfowlerFL Thanks, Ryan. Been a Realtor since 1989, see this cycle many times. Hopefully people vote a certain way, so we can get good rates & prosperity again ;)
What depressing looking home in a depressing area filthy outside you got all kinds of leaves and everything in the front door landscaping undone. I can’t believe you even showed this house. Give me a break.
The renovated home looks like the best value.

That's good feedback! Thanks, I appreciate it.
Exactly Thank you. Us New Yorkers are more concerned about the outside area, because we lack it up here.
I subscribed because I like this home so beautiful 😍
I wish I can find like that home w/ pool in Pensacola Florida
I like the last house the best.
Oh WOW i love that second house…

@@Cafediluna Yes it is in Citrus County
does citrus county us city water 💧 or well water 💧? ..Great videos. I Enjoy watching 👀 them
Thanks for watching! Most of the time Citrus Springs homes are on city water but I have seen a couple on their own well water system.

When did LAMINATED VINYL FLOOR become LUXURY?????????
Luxury vinyl plank flooring was developed in the 1970’s.
@ryanfowlerFL I think the real hardwood flooring would be the best mat to use, not a knock-off flooring. I'd take tile over LVP.
Real hardwood floors are nicer, also more expensive! Wood-look tile is also very popular right now.
Vinyl plank flooring is very durable
I like it! @@woodyhayes7402

THE HOMES IN FLORIDA ARE TO HIGH PRICE AND HOME LOOK LIKE BOXES NOTHING BEAUTIFUL. FLORIDA SHOULD BE MAKING 2 & 3 FAMILY HOMES.
Gross
Nope
No one wants to live in Ocala. There is a reason for low prices there. Boring!!!
Ocala is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States
Please stop using the word "luxury" with vinyl planks.
That’s what it’s called
