All three houses are what I would say... You get what you pay for!! To be as nice as I can. But the second home at 300,000.00 with Formica, and cheap one piece showers. Ugh that's a no for me!!!!

My wife and I visited the area in Citrus Sprigs recently (10/24) and the area of that prospective home. We tour with a local custom builder in that exact area, they are building what appears to be quality product. Granted there are no CDD or HOA, however the things that bothered us the most are: distances to necessities, lack of street lights, lack of fire hydrates, distance to emergency services, unmaintained roads, just name a few. It is a shame as the area is undeveloped which a blessing and a curse at the same time. We presently live in Pasco County and begining to experince "urban creep". I remember when 52 and 54 were two lane roads and 56 didn't exist at all. Shouldn't be long before the whole state in covered in houses and concrete.

All the negative comments about it being rural 😂 we are not natives but are raising our family here... we wanted our son to be raised in the country. Biggest reason we picked this spot and we looked all over the South until this one was a good fit for our family. We're worried about it turning into the city before he graduates (he's 2 right now). If ya'll don't like the South, the country, the quiet, don't move here. It's also very conservative. Not going to say negative things about people moving here considering we did... but don't move here and try to change it.

Citrus Springs is a Deeded Community. You have to get approval to build a house , fence etc.

Looks like you missed a mess. The hanging power lines, leaning poles, numerous trees all around the lines ( from your video) are all asking for power loss in the future. Glad to hear you all missed the storm but no way could this area handle a tropical storm much less a cat 1-3 Hurricane. Life long resident of Florida here. Be honest and answer.

After 2 major hurricanes in Florida I decided not to retire there, I'll retire in NC.
