Still a tiny lot House looks good A lot of money for a house with no land and a tiny garage you can’t put a truck in Garage door height is so low in Florida Contractors have no clue in Florida Some people actually like to use their garage All garages should be 25ft by25ft with a 10ft ceiling and a 8ft high garage door

This is what kills me All the new model homes are great inside The property is a joke The garage is a joke To me it’s majorly overpriced Everything in Florida is overpriced Put this house on a acre and a half and redo the garage and then you have a awesome deal That price with no land isn’t happening for me I lived in Florida for 16 years so I now what it’s like
