@@Robbie88 thank you for watching the tour. From my understanding flood insurance isn’t required for every home in Florida. The homes in Marion Oaks are zoned X, meaning not a flood zone. You would have to confirm with an insurance provider for a specific home address.

@@Christopher41791 Hello Christopher. Happy holidays. We have spoken before and I’ve answered your questions. Like I mentioned previously I do not represent the builders for the homes I provide tours for. You’re asking for specific information and pricing that I’m not provided and you would need to get quotes for. You mentioned you have a signed contract with the realtor that is selling your home in Kissimmee to help you find a home in Ocala. Why hasn’t your realtor found this information for you? He has a fiduciary responsibility to you. If he is not meeting your expectations, I’d be happy to represent you with finding a home in Ocala. I hope you stay safe, take care and happy holidays. Many blessings.
Fence is a great idea for a new home. We have 2 dogs.
Everything about this home is beautiful, and great job, I could see myself buying from you

Who is the builder?
is it still available?
Hi Jose, Can the electric range be swapped for a gas range? If the builder is unable to do it, can the buyer do it after the purchase?
That’s a great question

The builder can easily accommodate such a request. This is a fantastic part of Florida.
