    She was the first one i started learning exercises off back in 2015. My face became flawless. So many people out there since her doing facial excercise videos, but now I find myself back to her excercises.

    Peta, I've tried all of the major facial exercises and I must say that your system is superior to all of them! It is more detail oriented, more subtle, more concentrated, much more powerful!! It take a while to learn to do the exercises because some of them are rather complex. It takes time to feel and visualize exactly what muscles you're working on. But it so worth the time! Thank you for this gift! It truly is life changing and I can say this after only been working for a little over a month. My face already looks more lifted and sculptured. Can't wait to see what changes the future brings.

    I've been doing facerobics since September 2019. I haven't been consistent with it much this year so I'm getting back to it now. I think this is my 4th time around. I still love it.

    Just on time im on the Second series 150 Reps. Peta alot of times when im doing them your face and the way you do them come very clearly in to my mind😄
    Thank you for all that you do, you are a life changer, my looks and confidence is stonger after seeing a terrible decline in them.Im a small face person and when I decided to loose weight all the fat from the face went with it, I had a tired, angry, flat face apperance. I found you learned and stuck with the program, put in the hard work and I could not be happier. No surgery, fillers, botox or other unnatural and expensive methods. I did all 5 series and started all over and im on series 2 again with the awesome updates. When I began the second round of the series was when I vegan to see more volume on my face, so to anyone out there don't give up. Im a 43 year old female! I had to rename my account to my son's name because he loves to make videos (Lol) LOVE YOU Peta🌹😍🌷

    Bless you Peta, I can really see that this is exercise program is your mind child, you put so much efford into it and shared it with the world, I know a lot said it before but we re super thankful, and after years of sickness I had, it makes me more confident, and also more relaxed towards aging.     Just confirm please, if we go to the playlist we go straight to the updates, I've been finding it hard to piece this together, that means ignore the older series 2 videos, and just focus on updates. Thank you.

    I just started doing series 2 exercises a few days ago, so I need all the extra tips I can get. Thanks for making this video, Peta. This helped me understand the exercise much better. The only thing I need clarification on is the next exercise in series 2 where we push our tongue to roof of our mouth. I don’t think I am doing it correctly. Thanks for your help 🥰

      oh sorry, wrong answer. with this exercise, just purse your lips and then squeeze the cheek muscles. No need to use your tongue in this one. Possibly go back and watch the video as all of your questions are addressed in the video 😉

    Hello Peta, I never liked the shape of my smile- I think my risorius muscle is too active, and my smile goes too lateral, not upward at all. if you look the smile of the actor Amber Heard- that is the shape of my smile. So it is hard for me to activate the zygomaticus muscles and I'm not sure weather will I make to activate it at all- I am at the moment on Series nr.1. I heard that you said in this video that our smile naturaly goes up, but this is not the case for me. Is there any way I could learn to activate the zygomaticus and should I do something additionaly since it is not naturally for me to activate it- its kind of 'dead' 🙃. If I do 'only' what is said i.e. all the exercises from certain Series, I wonder will it be successful enough. I really like how the corners of your lips go up-that is super fantastic!

      I am a side sleeper and need to figure out how to sleep on my back, because the side of my face is showing bad wrinkling from sleeping on my side, I have been fighting it, but I can see it will become a losing battle. Thank you!!

    Dear Peta thank you so much for these amazing videos and advice.. i have been doing deep muscle face massage using thumbs and my face feels so relaxed and nice. I am 21 yrs old so is it okay for me to that every day? And what type of massages/exercises should I start with because I find some of exercises difficult to perform. Thank you ❤

    Hello Peta, thank you for this - i actually use my middle finger on the corner of my mouth so i can use my fore finger to isolate wrinkles in my cheeks which are there anyway but this makes them worse - i hope it is ok to do thank thank you x

    Hi Peta, i visit your playlist. You said after ending series 1, take a week off to learn series 2. We need one week gap for every series to learn new series? My 2nd question is that after ending series 3, why we go back to series 1 basic routine? Don't we need to go to series 4,5 and 6? I visited your programme but couldn't have answers of these two questions. Plz reply my both questions. I m waiting for your reply

      Hi Asma, yes, do as I say, take the week off to learn the new set of exercises for the next series. There are 6 routines, you can keep following them to Series 6 on the channel. The only difference is S4-S6 do not have EAWMe videos for you to do them along with me, you just learn the exercises and do the routines as if you are doing them with me.

      Hi walaa, I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, we must focus on the muscles that we are exercising, other muscles move when we do our exercises, but use the focus technique and this will help, also watch what Peta is showing you in the video so you make sure you are doing the exercise correctly, watch yourself in the mirror, we must follow the program as Peta has designed for the best results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    I have a question about the corners of my mouth. My eyebrows lifted, my neck is looki g better now but the corners of my mouth don't improve. Now I started to massage the corners of my mouth from the inside. I place my thump inside the my mouth and massage it. My pointing finger is on the other side. I feel a big, big round hard mussle there. Do you recognce the problem and do you think massage like this will help.

      Hi Astrid, I would strongly encourage you to stop doing that. You could be inadvertently stretching that area which will make it worse. You need to understand that some areas of our face do not change as much as the others and with the exercises to have success you need to be consistent and dont change anything. Just keep going, and stop doing that thing you do!

    Hi, I'm sure you've answered this before, but will these exercises (in your opinion) help with sagging skin? I'm sure sagging skin is more than just a muscle issue but something else has to be involved which causes the neck skin to give that turkey appearance...etc...thanks for the exercises....

    Peta I am just starting 150 reps of series 2 but I think the line from my bottom lip down ...marionette line I think has become deeper ! I'm a bit worried about this .

      Hi Crystal, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, just keep practising, watch the video over and over, and watch yourself in the mirror, you will get it, follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years.
