For people not to trust or believe that facial exercises absolutely work is crazy, lol your face is muscles just like the rest your body. It’s the time you put into it. Hello, Peta! It's been far to long since I've posted any comments on your videos. My recovery from Covid has been long, but my doctors are finally figuring out what's wrong with me. Without going into to much detail, I now have a condition called POTS Dysautonomia, along with autoimmune issues. But, I'm learning to live with my limitations and despite all of it, I'm still doing my face exercises. Even if that's all I do while in bed on a bad symptom day, I'm still doing them. Hi Amy, I had Covid in August of 2021 and I was on bed rest for a month. I lost a little over 25 lbs due to Covid. I’m still trying to recover as well, my nutrient levels are finally almost back to normal. I also have an autoimmune disease that my doctors have no idea what’s going on with it. Hello Pita. Thanks for all you do. I have a hollow face and do your exercises. I also purchased a hand held device called LightStim for wrinkles. I have been using it as instructed for over a month. I think I’ve lost what little fat I had on my face and I look more haggard. Have you ever heard of this happening? This device is an led red light therapy that is supposed to encourage collagen production and plump skin.

Hi Gurvinder, yes you can do it that way, but as explained in the video, this exercise is part of Exercise Along With Me Series 1, and you need to do all the exercises in that series, if you dont, you could cause more sagging on your face

Hi Shelaw, the best way to do this is to learn the exercise routine first, sit up and do the first level, watching in the mirror how I am positioning my fingers and what I am saying and doing. Do that for the 2 weeks sitting up. It wont hurt your arms because the routine of x50 repetitions only lasts for 5 or so minutes. Then, when you have memorised the exercise set, do level 2 & 3 laying down, while propping up your arms with pillows. It really helps with the arm pain. Let me know how you go ❤️

Hi Rebecca, thanks for your question. You cannot just do one exercise to correct your face. You need to be doing a full face routine because all of the muscles are interconnected. If you do just one exercise, you will create more sagging. Peta, will your cold laser device complement, say, a microcurrent home hand device?... Also what is the purpose of putting finger on tip of nose if you're not supposed to HOLD it up, as you mentioned in Series 1 nose exercises?
Hi Amommyof2 yes it will compliment the exercises. The exercises work on the muscles the device works on the skin which are 2 different things. The purpose of the finger on the nose is to give a little resistance when your nose moves downwards in the exercise
Hey Brenda, exactly. Its just a tip for if people are stretching that area too much, not to do it as it is a strong exercise. Unfortunately people go all out with the exercises not realising that they need to do them gently in circumstances where they need to be more gentle with the areas they are having problems.

I have been doing Peta's facial exercises for over a year and a half!! You just need to keep going through the series! Peta has designed the program for all the exercises to work together!! It will work itself out with other exercises be patient!! Hope this helps!!
Hi Professor Calculus, if you are experiencing this, you are putting too much muscle effort into it. Also, are you doing the full face routine that goes with this exercise? You must follow the full face routines when doing my exercises, you cannot just do one exercise because you will experience more wrinkling as you are now. Does this help?
Overtime, they will strengthen too. So do what you can, gradually increasing stamina if you are in for the long haul. I am at this for three years, I think. I started at 59, now 63. I do it as I feel my face is alive with the blood circulation in the facial area. I think this is brilliant for the brain too. I am not a really body-conscious person, but I like feeling well. One sure thing my skin glows because of the circulation. Thanks to Peta, I have enjoyed all the benefits of this.

Yes honey, of course, that is fine to do that, just do it once or twice a week, try not to over stimulate your face too much 💖

Is this an update to series 1. But not stretching your mouth that's in an o shape like that last video of series 1.
