Strategy wise it would make sense for the refresh to come out earlier and cheaper than the PS5 pro. I have the S and def would consider it. But if the ps5 pro releases for $500 and the X "slim" is the same price I'd likely go with the ps5 pro.

From what I've been told, the official announcement will be very soon, because they plan to release the consumer around June.
