I think Jane has great points to make and her advice is definitely coming from her experience in the fitness world. Young or old, Jane's advice is great for us all.
A lot of young people learn this the hard way. Its important to stay active and healthy all your life. You're wise beyond your years. Keep up the great work!
I always thought I was straight but Jane just really attracts me in ways I can't explain...
I remember when I was 21 years old, I was only 78 lbs at 5 ft 1/2 inch....but, I never looked skinny, because I taught ballroom dancing at the time...and it built me up.gave me much muscles tone..I am now older and what Jane shows us, makes me feel great! It is so easy. I love the way she explains what each excercise does...
