    Would using sun dried olives in the tapenade instead of brine olives make for more olive taste in the final product? Thank you for showing your skill and art in keeping this simple... pure and simple.

    Pulse:
    roughly chopped parsley
    2 cups pitted black olives
    1-2 garlic cloves
    2 tbsp capers
    1 tbsp vinegar
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Zest of 1 lemon
    Pinch pepper flakes
    Mix with 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/2-1 cup finely chopped parsley.

    best part was the piano music in the background. especially on high speed. stems out of the parsley though! ah!

    Most of the other recipes call for anchovies or anchovy paste….should this be used?
