Another awesome job son. Solo adventures can be very soothing to the sole but can also be quite lonesome at times on long occasions. Having Mila there with you is the best companion for any occasion. Love it/Love you Pop...
Young man, you have no idea how eagerly I wait for each new video. No, this old woman has never solo camped and never will. I've never done the overland travel and never will. But your videos take me there. I love being in the high country. And you can talk as much as you want; everything you do is just fine with me. The history you share is much appreciated. Just keep doing what you're doing. Thank you.
Thank you so much, your kind words mean so much to me. I know many of my viewers don’t have the ability to do these types of trips, that’s why I do this so I can bring you all out with me even if it’s for a short while. Thank you for your support.
Thanks Cody for sharing all videos with us I’m 62 years old retired my wife and I have been Overlanding for over three years now love it thanks god bless you and your family ❤️
I appreciate your challenge about not waiting until retirement to go do those things we dream about. I see it all too often where health or other unforeseen factors will prevent one from getting a chance to even think of getting out when the time comes. Go places while your body has the energy!
When you put your personality into something and tell your story. That makes it a work of art and changes everything. Great Great video. Thank you. I would like to see a horse show .

Solo camping is by far my favorite way to camp. Camping with certain people is a close second, in other words with the right people it's really good too but something about those solo trips just hit different. Of course, we're never truly alone with our four-legged buds. It's crazy how often I agree with things you say, the way you view things etc. It makes your channel even more watchable! I love that you introduced Mila. Abby was my adventure dog and meant the absolute world to me. She adventured with me for the entire 12 years of her life, and absolutely lived her best life outdoors with me. Totally agree too about our time being worth so much, and doing all this while we're young. All that money people save while working their entire lives away doesn't really do them any good when they can't physically do everything, or anything depending on the situation. Great video as always!!
I have been soloing for a long time. You're right. The nights are lonely, but to tell the truth, I love travel along. And yes, I sleep better in the outdoors .

Probably your best video yet man, thanks for sharing your personal side, it's not easy to do. The connection is real and you would be surprised how many of us are just like you in many ways. Thanks again man!
Man thank you. The reason I know so many of you have the same appreciation I do is cuz you continue to follow me and my journey. I’m trying to bring my real story to you real people, so I thank you for the recognition.
@@Whitedogoverland I'm from Oklahoma but my folks live in Phoenix. I'm in AZ all the time, would be great to meet up and hit the trails sometime. Take care man. 🤙🏼
We love watching your videos. Having done just a little videography and content creation, I know how much work you put into each one. So thank you! And thank you for helping us get to know Arizona, as we've recently moved here from Washington state. We always thought of Arizona as just desert, and you show it's so much more than that.
Great video Cody. You have a lot to be proud of and you are living life right. I’m in my 50s and worked my ass off. Worked saved, and haven’t lived life as much as I should. Trying to make up for lost time now. You my friend are doing things right, balancing working hard and living a great life outdoors while you are still young. I hope you keep making these videos for many years to come.
Dogs are the best camping companions. Love taking ours with me on solo camping adventures. Great personal story, and awesome videography, as usual. Thanks for sharing.
Nice to meet you! You are going down a good path with your ideas and thoughts on life and how to live it. See you out there, we crossed paths once while you were panning for gold way back in Gardner Canyon. My wife and me were enjoying a breakfast burrito and taking in early spring. Good times!
My wife and I very much appreciate you allowing us to get to know you a little better. It can be a little intimidating with so many naysayers in the world that look for any reason to be negative. It allows us to better understand your methodology. What we enjoy most is the simple approach to your adventures. It is more about the experience and less about the gear and we LOVE the history you bring to your channel. We live in New Mexico and would love to experience some trails with you if that is a possibility. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
Man, thank you so much. I try to give you all a better experience than what most put on this platform. The average man doesn’t care about all the gadgets and glitter. Just trails, geography and history. At least myself does. Would love to get out with you: planning to hit up some northern New Mexico trails soon. Hit me up on instagram if you’re on there!
@davidfrederick6871 I saw that, and appreciate that! Will shoot you some info for trips in the next couples months when I get some new ones planned out
You said something about our tendency about stress, and what we have to do to stay GROUNDED AND CONSCIOUS this is very important for all of us. This statement is 100% accurate
I liked this video just as much as your usual! Always love the scenery and stories that go along whether its stories about the location or stories you have in general. Definitely a tundra guy but I dont hate videos without it by any means. I've got a 2013 tundra that I wish I had more spots to explore with but Iowa doesnt have nearly as many locations without going out of state
I've been camping my whole life and never went solo. I actually decided to try a solo trip for the first time a few months back. Just me, my dog, and my shotgun on the Mogollon. I see why you do it, its really the best way to reconnect with yourself. Thank you for sharing your story. You've formed a nice little community here and hopefully you remember us before you go viral 😂 cheer, brotha 🍻
It really is refreshing and freeing. Something you can’t find anywhere else, probably our ancestors living through us as we do the same things they did. I have by far the best community on RUclips. Everyone’s support is incredible. It’s the reason I’m not going to stop.
Hi Cody! Don't sweat the vehicle too much... or the lack of cooking... other channels are too hung up on those things... I think most tune in for your adventures, cinematography and you! I've actually become very accustomed to solo with my dog... it's actually how I live... (Single and Retired) the connection to nature and the vibe is better for me this way. I do camp with friends and family on occasion... but I'm out there in those times for a different reason, and recognizing the difference is important... you have to do what it is you need... sleep out in the wild is better... probably for the reasons you mention, and also being further from everyday societal problems... at least for me. Breakdowns solo is a problem. Im 61, so that exacerbates it for me, but I just make sure my truck is in the best mechanical condition I can before going, and if I'm unsure of it, I try not to go out too far until I get it mechanically sound. Really good to hear you talk about you! Thanks for sharing!
You’re absolutely right on the truck prep prior to solo. My tundra has been iffy the last couple trips but once it’s dialed in I plan to do a long extended solo. It’s much more fulfilling by the finale day. Thank you for your support, my plan from the beginning was to bring a different style from those making somewhat redundant content
Thx for your simple approach to your videos. I particularly appreciate the historical content. I'm very tired of overlanders showing off their expensive gadgets. Keep up the hard work! Peter
Thank you Cody. Very familiar with most places you go. Grew up in SW NM, lived and visited SE AZ and Tucson, Clifton, Yuma, Nogales all my life. Going with you is a joy to me. Love Mela!
Being alone is therapeutic. I try really hard to get our as far as possible, it gives me a feeling of euphoria being remote. I do however miss my wife and friends when the camp fire is good and I'm having a one man party. Having someone to share it all with is good. Mila is such a good camping pup. Your videos are really good and I hope you grow your channel.
Due to my work hours, I have done most all of my travels as Lone Wolf. Off road, backpacking, Harley and Corvette. The travels with friends on quads, off road in Central Mexico and the Beach runs will never be beat. some of the Mogollon Rim, Sierra Anchas, Four Peaks with friends, meeting ones out there. Travel all you can. with whomever.
Enjoyed your video. Keep doing your personal perspectives. I agree with your dad. Toyotas will get you home. My Corolla is 12 years old. Not an offroader, but the best car I have ever owned. It is truly a rock star.
I was on Graham Tuesday evening doing my first solo camp out. Perfect weather/temp. A great experience on a beautiful mountain. Wish I brought my dog! Fun video. Well done :)
My friends and I were just up there this past weekend and it just amazes us every time. This was a great video and it's nice to get to know a little about you , thank you again. Next time we're definitely going to venture out more when we get back up there.
Another fantastic video Cody! I stumbled upon your RUclips channel a few months ago and I have been enjoying all of your content. I also signed up to your patreon as I would like to visit some of the locations myself that you have shown us all. I typically camp solo with my dog. I enjoy being by myself outdoors deep in the backcountry. It is an exhilarating feeling being out there all alone. It is how I like to clear my mind and hit the mental health reset button if you will. I can agree with you about sleep. I get some of my best sleep when I am out in the backcountry as well. Maybe we'll see you sometime out in the backcountry. Looking forward to more of your content. Take care bud, happy trails.
Appreciate the support a lot brother. Seems like most of us feel the same, nothing beats a cool night by a fire deep in your own thoughts. If you push through the loneliness, there’s a sense of enlightenment tucked beneath.
Nice video man good shots! I love Mt. Graham! I recommend that you visit the west peak area on the northwest side of the Pinalenos. There's a dirt road that takes you up there called Tripp Canyon Road. Very nice secluded area of the Pinalenos.
I’ve seen that road on maps before, with the lookout at the end. May have to check that out when I hit the sawtooth range to the north. I think that’s the highest access road from the base
Loved this video and thank you for sharing another side of you! Been solo camping for many years, mainly on the Rim and around the Big Lake area. Long before I knew what overlanding was - which was about four months ago and about the time I came across your channel. There is something to heading out alone and getting miles away from everyone and everything, but I hear you that it can get quiet at night. Many nights I've been in bed before 8 and didn't even break out the fire. Guess it's time for me to make some friends and get out with the groups. Absolutely love your videos, your authenticity and the insights you share about this incredible state of ours! Keep it up brother!
I prefer camping with friends but I do enjoy a couple of nights out alone before friends arrive. I did like your monologue. I just found you 2 videos ago and subscribed because you feature Arizona and I want to travel to some of the places you have taken me. I went to Clarks Peak before I saw this video and you are correct. That view was terrific. I was there on July 31st. It was hot down below but 69° up there. Good luck getting more subscribers. Maybe you can get enough money from RUclips to pay for gas on the Tundra.
Man, each new video inspires me in its own way. You never have to fret over your content. In fact… I believe you have an exceptional book in ya, just waiting to come out. ( no pressure bro)😅. So proud to say I follow you guys. I actually feel like I ve improved myself by learning from you each time. Thank your family for us. They did good work with you brother.
You know… I’ve always considered writing a book. I just need to find the plot behind it! Thank you as always, you are truly one of my kindest and most supportive followers. It means a lot to me!
I can do about 2 nights alone. A good book is good to maybe one on the area you are exploring as to have ideas for the next days exploration. Ture about Fires especially one with real wood are for friends. Before I got married I would spend weekends exploring the Jemez and did a lot of route finding for the NM4Wheelers.Winter time is a little harder since it gets dark so early make for really long nights. Now its usually my wife , dog, and myself in our camper. Again we love the White Mtns in AZ it was cool to see you on roads that we had just been on as well. Always look forward to your videos. And kudos to your dad and do me a favor spend as much time with him as you can. Time will fly.
Thank you for sharing about yourself and especially the stroy of how you aquired the "White Dog." (she is so beautiful). My boyfriend and I are young (in our 20's) and really appreciate all of the information you gave us. I think he (my boyfriend) will go on a solo trip, but me (its too scary😊). Again, thank you.
Thanks for the great video, as always! My husband was watching one of your videos as some javelina came into our yard, so while I was taking a video your music was playing, it really seemed to fit. 😉❤️ I think it might have been a different video, but I wasn’t sure which so I gave credit to your most recent video. I really really love your drone footage,’having been to many of the same places but never had that perspective. We just joined your patreon and love your heart and content! ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words, that’s the reason I’m continuing to do this. Without such positive people who follow my journeys this wouldn’t be worth it. Your Patreon support goes so far, thank you so much!
Hey man cool getting to know you a bit. Been following your channel for about a year now. I also like to solo camp when I can. The longest being a week hiking on the Appalachian Trail in Maine. It's a great time to really get to know yourself. I think people should do more solo camping to get that perspective and really let your mind be free.
Just stumbled upon your channel recently. Awesome videos. I don’t have the knowledge/tools to overland, but get inspired to see the places you show. Wishing you well. Thanks
Dude! It’s been ages! I hope you’re doing well man, I was not expecting to hear from you on here but I appreciate you taking the time to watch and check in.
@@Whitedogoverland Happy to man! I love Arizona's forests I just don't get to get out there as often as I like (hopefully an elk hunt next year though). It is awesome to see someone showing the internet what our state has to offer. I support it 100%!
Solo for sure! that's the way I always did it until I had kids now they come sometimes which is great. I get to teach my kids things my Dad taught me about the outdoors, fishing Identifying game animals their tracks and sounds etc its my favorite thing to do with them. I have had a few trips in the past with friends and it was ok I would rather not have to deal with anyone else. I could see how you go through some pretty challenging off road situations that you would want to be with a convoy incase something breaks. As for that alone time by the fire with a clear sky and the sound of the stream behind me that's what I live for its the best time.
Absolutely. Going to be dedicating more trips in the future solo. I have some really good travel buddies, but sometimes just myself and the dog is all I need.
Hey man, been following you for almost a couple yrs now (I think), and this might be my favorite video. I re watched your video on Valles Caldera in NM, and found the exact campsite you guys stayed in the first night. I hope my mostly stock Frontier can make it through those rocks. Going there this weekend, and have a few more sites marked on OnX in case the first one is taken. I'm kind of a solo overlander, but hoping to get more friends to go out once they see how awesome it is. Mila (sp) is an awesome dog. My last dog, and current dog are both rescues, and I couldn't have chosen any better. Thanks so much for your content!
Thank you brother. You should be able to tackle the caldera, if you’re worried, come in from Jimez and the camp spot I hit was a half mile east of that crappy section!
@@Whitedogoverland It might be a good test to see what my Nissan can handle. I have good AT tires, but the stock Frontiers don't have tons of clearance (about 9"). If I'm careful and slow, it might be allright.
Wonderful insight, thank you for sharing. I solo RV'ed with a big white dog (Standard Poodle) for 6 years. I wouldn't trade those adventures for anything.I'm looking into an "overland" truck set up so that I can enjoy my local AZ trails. Again, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching! A pickup should get you down pretty much everything out here, much further than an rv ever could! Hope you find what you’re looking for
Thanks for talking about your journey. I am surprised that you did not mention how your wife integrated into that journey. I know that she is important since you are going back for her horse show. Take her out for supper and tell her how much she is an important part of your journey. Then take her down an old road and you probably know what to do next. Thanks for posting.
I like to keep my wife somewhat private from my exposure on the internet, if that makes sense. I cherish her more than anyone and don’t want my world of exposure to become caught up in hers. But I know you all are good people, so maybe she will have to tell her story one day. Thank you for your support.
New subscriber to your channel. I live in Sieara Vista. I retired from the Army at Fort Huachuca, (Fort We Gotcha) in 2004. I came from N.C. here in 1997. I hit the trails on foot and driving. My 4x4 is down right now, but I use my Dodge Ram now. I'm hoping to get up to China Campground taking Cina Campground RD, I got over halfway up last year but chickened out with my Ram 1500. It has the power it just looked too rough. I think I'm going to give it another shot. I go solo all of the time. Great video.
Welcome to the channel and thanks for the support! You could definitely make that china camp road, it does get a little rocky but I took my rav up it no problem, anything past the actual china camp gulley gets really nasty, did you make it up to the slab before the real wicked climb?
I love solo camping and prefer it after years of driving camping adventures you in Europe Scandinavia and North Africa. The easiest thing is to go to sleep when it gets dark and wake up when the sun comes up in other words forget the clock . I found it far more lonely with a group of people around sometimes .
That’s the key, put down time and your internal clock helps yoy manage. Something that can be hard to disconnect from on a daily basis, but nonetheless we need to be reminded of it
I started using my Swag on a cot this summer too. Soooo much more comfortable than my RTT. Especially when it is cold out. Takes up a lot of space but not too bad when you consider it is a tent, mattress and sleeping bag rolled into one duffle bag. Plus you can carry it on your roof.
@ Awesome. Small space and thick mattress. I have used mine 3 times now. Tomorrow on Bloody Basin will be 4th. Supposed to be a low of 36 at Cordes Lakes.
@ dude no way! I’m having a subscriber meet up there tomorrow thru Sunday! Will be camped out tomorrow night about 3/4 mile in off bloody basin on the right side swing by if you want! Saturday we will be camped at sheep’s bridge
I enjoyed hearing some of your story and the nature scenery. Take care. Does that rav 4 have skid plates? Wondering if my Highlander xke could do those trails or do I have to breakdown and get a 4 runner. What do you think? Peace
It has really cheap plastic skids that have mostly been torn off at this point. Have done some unnecessarily rough stuff in it. Your Highlander would do just fine! Check out north woods performance if you want to get some upgrades!
Have been watching for some time now. And was always wondering what Dogs name was. And i knew you deliver Hey and straw . But didn't know it was your own business.
Great video even if it was less scenery and more informational. I solo camp quite a bit, unless I can talk a couple others into joining me for some 2/3 day trips. Now that I am back from my 3 month east coast exploring vacation I want to get back into the AZ mountains.
The hardest part is getting people out for 2+ days. It’s a big commitment for most. I may just start adventuring solo more close to home. 3 nights solo is about my threshold of enjoyment
I like to go out by myself or with one other person and vehicle if I am going out to the middle of nowhere. Nearly got stranded in Gila Natl Forest in May because of mechanical problems.
Echoes of the Sky Island The wind spoke in hushed tones through the pines, whispering secrets that only the patient could hear. Jake had come here alone, just as he had done so many times before, chasing that elusive feeling-the unsteady but exhilarating stillness of solitude. His truck rumbled to a stop at the edge of a clearing, the tires crunching against the earth, leaving behind a faint trail of dust that hung in the cooling air. He cut the engine, and the silence settled in, vast and encompassing. This was his ritual. The fire crackled as the first stars began to pierce the deepening sky. He flipped open his notebook, running his fingers over the rough pages, each filled with words-stories, musings, the scattered thoughts of a man who had seen the world through a windshield and a camera lens. He had always been a writer, even when he didn’t realize it. As a kid, he had written stories about battlefields and deserts, cowboys and outlaws. His grandfather’s office had been lined with books-Apache history, old maps, accounts of forgotten trails. He used to sit there, absorbing the words as if they were spells, incantations that could summon the past back into the present. Now, years later, he found himself doing the same thing, except the bookshelves had been replaced by the open road, the landscapes of Arizona his endless pages. The solitude of solo camping had a way of stretching time. Days felt like weeks, and the absence of voices made his own thoughts louder, more defined. He wasn’t afraid of being alone-he had grown up that way, an only child with working parents, always finding ways to entertain himself. But the real challenge wasn’t loneliness. It was the battle against his own mind, the endless churn of thoughts that filled the silence when there was nothing left to distract him. Writing was his way of taming those thoughts. The notebook lay open in his lap, the firelight dancing across the pages. He pressed the pen down, ink flowing in familiar loops. "Why do I do this?" he wrote. "Why do I keep coming back?" He paused, staring at the words, letting them linger. Maybe it was the history, the connection to the land. Maybe it was the search for something unspoken, something ancient that stirred in the quiet spaces between heartbeats. He wrote about the wind through the pines, the way the fire felt different when you were alone, the way the mountains seemed to breathe when no one was there to listen. He thought about his audience, the people who watched his videos, who followed him through the dust and canyons. They saw the adventure, the landscapes, the rough roads and the high peaks. But did they see him? Did they understand why he did this-not just for the views, not for the content, but because he needed it? Because, in a world that moved too fast, that demanded too much, this was where he found clarity? The fire popped, sending a shower of embers into the night. His dog, Milela, shifted from where she lay, lifting her massive head to glance at him before sighing and closing her eyes again. She understood in a way no person ever could. She had been with him long enough to know that this was more than just another trip. This was a return, a re-centering, a communion with something deeper than the asphalt and noise of civilization. The stars thickened overhead, the sky settling into its endless sprawl. He set the pen down, closed the notebook, and leaned back in his chair, letting the night wrap around him. Tomorrow, he’d pack up and drive back. He’d edit the footage, craft the story, share another glimpse of his life with the world. But tonight, it was just him, the fire, and the words that would outlive him. And that, he thought, was enough.

Just trails, geography and history. At least myself does. Would love to get out with you: planning to hit up some northern New Mexico trails soon. Hit me up on instagram if you’re on there!
@@Whitedogoverland I do not have any social media, however, I am a member of your Patreon.
Absolutely. Find that anchor
I liked this video just as much as your usual! Always love the scenery and stories that go along whether its stories about the location or stories you have in general. Definitely a tundra guy but I dont hate videos without it by any means. I've got a 2013 tundra that I wish I had more spots to explore with but Iowa doesnt have nearly as many locations without going out of state
I’ve heard the mid west does lack in areas! The tundra will be back out very very soon.
Brilliant scenery my friend, shots are so diverse and beautiful!
Thank you!
It’s the reason I’m not going to stop.
just became a part of the family of patreon members. keep up the good work. thanks for your hard work and dedication.
Thank you so much
Peter
Thanks Peter, no show around here, just the fun of travel
Great video. Thanks for sharing about yourself.
Thank you!
Thank you Cody. Very familiar with most places you go. Grew up in SW NM, lived and visited SE AZ and Tucson, Clifton, Yuma, Nogales all my life. Going with you is a joy to me. Love Mela!
Always happy to bring you along, thank you for your lasting support!
Thx Cody!always great vids.you are my favorite channel.
Thank you!
Thank you brother. Words are spot on about the camp fire, that’s where I really feel aloneness but also a major sense of calm. It’s meditative.
Absolutely our pleasure, we love learning and enjoying from your adventures! ❤️
Keep em coming buddy. Your videos are amazing❤.
Thank you brother 🙏
That was some sick 3wheel action!!
Absolutely
Enjoyed your video. Keep doing your personal perspectives. I agree with your dad. Toyotas will get you home. My Corolla is 12 years old. Not an offroader, but the best car I have ever owned. It is truly a rock star.
Thank you. Can’t beat the only 4 banger Toyota cars. Literally run forever. Unstoppable machines
Solo trips are the best! Thanks for this content!
Definitely, thank you!
I was on Graham Tuesday evening doing my first solo camp out. Perfect weather/temp. A great experience on a beautiful mountain. Wish I brought my dog! Fun video. Well done :)
That’s awesome! Yeah the weather was outstanding and so is that mountain.
My friends and I were just up there this past weekend and it just amazes us every time. This was a great video and it's nice to get to know a little about you , thank you again. Next time we're definitely going to venture out more when we get back up there.
Thank you brother, it’s easy to pass up a lot of the spur trails up there, but it’s the best way to escape anyone else. Super cool area
Hi Cody's thank you for all work. You do some awesome work!
Thank you!
Yeah its little visited! That would be a great adventure! Im pretty sure it is.
Thank you so much for your support brother, you compliments mean a ton to me!
Another great video man, really enjoyed it.
Thanks my man!
Great video Cody, as my son Jack would say "three thumbs up"!
Tell Jack I said “thumbs up to him as well!”
Awesome video man! Telling your story makes people connect with you!
I hope it’s resonates. Thank you!
So awesome! 👏
Another great video! Great to hear more about who you are and where your passion came from! Keep up the amazing work you do for us!
Thank you, love to hear that people could appreciate mg story. Was hesitant to tell it but you all are incredibly supportive!
Fall is starting to come in NC but sadly I won’t be able to take any fall trips this year so I’m gonna live vicariously through your videos this fall.
I’ll keep them rolling just for you my man!
Yeah you guys just gotta go do it! Glad I can give you some insight, my wife and I started doing it early 20s and will probably continue forever
Great video!!
Thank you brother
Great 🇺🇸 job Cody..
Thanks
Thanks for joining! Overlanding is car camping, if you have a tent and a place to go, do it!
Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Haven’t solo camped yet but I want to try it out. Love the channel. Keep up the good work
Thank you! Send it brother, you’ll have a great time.
While Tarkov misses you, I do think this is what you were meant for man. Happy to see you getting out there doing what you love!
Dude! It’s been ages! I hope you’re doing well man, I was not expecting to hear from you on here but I appreciate you taking the time to watch and check in.
@@Whitedogoverland Happy to man! I love Arizona's forests I just don't get to get out there as often as I like (hopefully an
elk hunt next year though). It is awesome to see someone showing the internet what our state has to offer. I support it 100%!
Enjoyed the video...good expression of who and where you come from. Finally got to know your dogs name..thumbs up.
Thanks for watching!
Graham is an awesome location!
Definitely!
❤ thank you❤❤❤❤😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hey bro, you really show great places. I have recently started getting out there into the nature.
That’s awesome man! Keep doing it!
Well said! Great video! 👍🏻🇺🇸
Thanks Dave 🫡
How does your swag do in the cold? I’m curious how they insulate I haven’t used mine yet!
@ I am one of them meeting you there! I will be there before you. White Nissan Frontier. Name is Brian Kelley.
I can’t wait to get back to the Pinaleños
Definitely solo or my one good buddy.
Thank you for sharing Cody! Awesome video! What year is your Rav????
I just ordered my Slimline II for my rav4 adventure. Going to take it up to the Gilas next weekend!
Awesome, enjoy out there should be primo weather

Thanks for the sub! Will return the favor, always love to hear fellow Tucsonans check in

Glad to hear my viewers are enjoying this style!
7:14 So F’n true. The darkness is a love hate relationship when solo. Did 6 nights solo recently
Hell, props to you brother. Might have to try that one day, 4 days pushed it for my but 6 would be a real test.
I was on the Graham last week picking peaches at Angle's Orchard.
Every time I go up there the orchard is closed!
Once again nice video. Ever encounter dangerous wildlife? bear, mountain lion?
Another great video! Thank you! Whereabouts in AZ is this video? Around Flagstaff? Greetings from Maricopa 😊
Thank you! This is actually south eastern Arizona, just south of Safford.
Moved to AZ about 4 years ago and just getting out there. Next time you put together a convoy, give me a holler.
Will do! Where are you located?
@@Whitedogoverlandout here in Glendale.
Great job. Got yourself a new sub. Could you add links to the gear you use, looks like some good stuff.
Thank you brother. Will do!
I love solo camping. If you do not count going into gas stations/grocery stores, I solo camp weeks to months at a time.
Anne Patterson and my Mom grew up next door. Dwight Patterson. Spring Training in the Valley. Dad is a Ho Ho Kam. been watching good games.
I like to go out by myself or with one other person and vehicle if I am going out to the middle of nowhere. Nearly got stranded in Gila Natl Forest in May because of mechanical problems.
Alright! Just got home with some Mexican food, turned on youtube to find this rdy to go!
Hope ya enjoy it as much as that Mexican food!

Echoes of the Sky Island
The wind spoke in hushed tones through the pines, whispering secrets that only the patient could hear.
"Why do I keep coming back?"
He paused, staring at the words, letting them linger.
And that, he thought, was enough.
nice video you please just list or leave a link all you carrie for overlanding thanks....also the place you go leave linked too please
