Nice seeing you guys enjoying my stomping grounds. Love it out there! Spend soooooo much time exploring all that. Hope you come back sometime soon much more to see.
Love the content man. Currently in the process of saving up to buy my friends 1997 Lexus LX450 and I’m going to do an overland build with it. Honestly can’t wait to have it in my hands so that I can experience these adventures.
Fossil Creek is awesome!! Didn't know it was there. I can understand why it's permits only during the summer months. Too many people ruin it for those who just want to enjoy the scenery. The Rim is beautiful...especially during the fall. Good job.....both of you!!!
You’re exactly right, some places should not be free. It’s so beautiful out there but just as nice to enjoy this time of year although the water was cold
I can tell you why they require permits in the summer….because they have rescued literally hundreds of people of or that trail. They have giant signs with color pictures telling people to bring a gallon of water and do not attempt if your not able body and a seasoned hiker. The permit is a way to count every head in and out of the area. It gets very hot in Arizona
It's been great watching your channel grow. I remember when there would be a handful of views and a couple of comments. Now, 7 hours in, and there's 16 comments and over 700 views on this video. Great job, buddy!
Man it's been a few too many moons since I've visited that area. Rugged beauty is around every bend in the road. Your videos get better and better I've been watching on my travels. But I hate typing on my phone so I haven't checked in. I'm old I can do that. Safe travels ...
Just came across your channel and happy I did. I’m also in Arizona and just starting to get into some overlanding in my Crosstrek Wilderness. Be cool to link up some time!
@Whitedogoverland thank you for your reply. I'm currently working on my 80 build. I call it the Dancruiser project. Maybe we can hit the trails here in Arizona. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Nice views 👍🏾 good job with the drone . Any paranormal activity while camping solo ? I had 1 crazy scare at 3am while camping in big sur with the fam we had to switch camp spot in the morning and still camp 4 nights more and it was fine no more scares . I guess depends on the spot and arizona has lots of spots with battlegrounds im wondering if u experienced something like that ….
Thank you, I think every time I go solo I get creeped out. Something about it thrills me though. When I’m down in Apache country, specifically in the dragoon mountains I swear I’ve heard Apache cries when the wind hits the canyon right.
I checked OnX Offroad and the first part is rated a 2 but then they break out that shelf road section separate and rate it a 4. It looked pretty sketchy for a full size rig. Can't believe Ash drove it. 😮
Dude they’re killer trucks. Mpg is rough but they’re truly reliable unfortunately with our year certain parts came short of quality after the recession
@@Whitedogoverland Love mine, I have had it since 2017. We did a trip to the Grand Canyon in Sept. I got 14.5 mpg if I kept the rpm at or below 2000. I just had to have my motor replaced because the HG failed.
FYI be very careful about using drones around those big power lines. They can interfere with the signal and your drone will drop like a hot potato!!!! I found out the hard way
I just watched this on my TV and you win Epic Camp of the Year!
Shoot it was epic indeed! Wonderful area up there. Not too often you can score that spot
Underrated channel
Appreciate that 🤘🏼
That chili dinner sounds/looks delicious.
I grew up in the Rim Country, this video has made me extremely homesick! Awesome video as always.
Thank you! The rim is definitely best enjoyed now late fall. Way less people. Summers are rough
Well done, enjoy the history of the areas you explore, and seeing how happy your dogs are.
Another great video!!! And another bucket list trip added! Got my heart pumping watching that shelf road ride!!! Love it
That was a bad ass road forsure! Definitely gotta checkout that 9d trail when it’s open.
That's a great time of year to camp up there. Not many people and the weather isn't to cold. Great video, I enjoyed it.
Thanks for watching! Late fall is the best time for the rim, not as over populated like the summer. Less people really helps one appreciate it!

The rim is an awesome place, unfortunately crowded this time of year!
Beautiful family..Loving these weekend getaways.
Sweet video man really enjoyed it. Look forward to your next one. The story was well executed. Thanks for sharing.😊
Appreciate that a lot. Got some cool Arizona history coming soon!
Another great video, Cody! Loved the drone shots as you dropped down over the edge. Keep 'em coming!
Thank you brotha I’ll do my best!

You picked a choice vehicle. Love any Lexus suv.
Great video!! Looks like a lot of fun brother
Always a good time out in the back country, thanks for watching man

Another awesome job son! It's nice to finally see you out there with the wife and kids 😂 Great job behind the wheel Ash...
Great video. Good music
It was a good place to take them, ash is a better off-roader than most

Another killer video
Awesome video! Good times! 🤙🏻
Forsure bro let’s do it again asap!

Man forsure! Are you on Instagram?
I am. Just recently made a new account to focus on overlanding and camping once I start getting out. It’s AzMudhorn
Man...if that's the camping spot I think it is, I'm terribly jealous. Ive tried a few times now and there's always someone there.
Where is that, specifically?
You’re not lying, I’ve got out here many times in the summer and it’s taken. Late fall is prime time for the rim action!
Awesome Ram
good video I am having to watch your videos on a different platform, but I can comment on here
Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your time. I'm down in Casa Grande. I really like your cab over RRT. Who is the manufacturer?
It’s a Flippac! No longer manufacturing them these days

It was definitely sketchy for my truck. Had no clue what we were getting into but the wife handled it with full composure!
Does the Ram guy have a channel
No but he’s on instragram Ben Ochoa
Yeah that road has been closed for about 5 years now.
My favorite truck on your channel is the Tundra. I have a 2010 sr5.

Oh yeah forsure I’ve heard! It’s also illegal to fly over them, I technically didn’t go over but under haha.
