Try using strained natural joghurt. If you strain the joghurt overnight, you will strain most of the liquid whey out of the joghurt and the result will be a very thick and creamy joghurt similar in constituency to sour cream. Edit: use low fat natural joghurt if you are concerned about calories. The end result is the same.
