I made a soft and thick New York cheesecake.
Anyone can make it easily, and it's as delicious as buying and eating.
There is a tip in the video to make it beautifully baked in golden and not to sit in the middle.
Anyone can make it pretty if you watch the video well.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) weighing.
[Square fan 19.5cm]
✤ Ingredient 1
-108g whole wheat cookies
-40g melted butter
✤ Ingredient 2
-400g cream cheese
-200g sour cream
-80g Heavy cream
-1 pinch of salt
-80g (8tbsp) sugar
-2eggs (114g)
-15g (1.5tbsp) lemon juice
-1tsp vanilla essence
-30g Corn starch powder (can be use soft flour)
✤ TIP
-You can substitute Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (but the sour cream is more delicious)
-How to make sour cream
(Fresh cream 250g + yogurt 80~90g + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice / fermented for 6~9 hours in a warm place)
-If you omit the fresh cream, the yogurt tastes sour (choose as you like).
-The amount of sugar is not very sweet and just good.
-Corn starch increases the density of the cake.

I have made this cheesecake MANY times because of how easy and delicious it is. The only change I make is to the sugar. It’s not sweet enough for me so I have to add more. I also recently found out that if you leave the batter in the fridge for at least a day, the result is a much more creamier cheesecake. I left it in the fridge because I didn’t have sour cream at the time and left it in the fridge. Omg it was SO creamy!!

Did u turn off the oven after 30 minutes or did u leave it on for the 2 hours?
@@Aj-zt3fb now I don’t remember well! 😅 Buy I followed the recipe. Something you can do is use a toothpick or a thin skewer to check if it’s done inside. If it’s clean, it’s done. Not all ovens are the same so be prepared to adapt a bit to your setup. If you don’t get it right the first time, the second will be better 🤗

I made this yesterday and it is delicious!! Everyone has loved it. The edges of my cake didn't turn brown but I followed the recipe and turned off the heat after 30 minutes and left it in the oven for 2 hours without opening the door and it turned out well. I also had to use yoghurt but it was really delicious aswell! Thank you for this recipe🥰
