    the absolute cheapest/bare-bones 400hp+ build IMO would be: ams/ets tmic ($650), ams/ets intake ($250), xforce front i pipe ($200), bolt on turbo ($2500). about $3600 total and tune it for 93 and e30. super fun daily with loads of torque and powerband!!!

    Would you say the perrin charge pipe is worth to buy or would that be something like the inlet hose where its not as important unless your going all out ?

    @sidehop 5 дней назад +1

    Even pre-2022 WRX/STi owners shit on VB's but part of me thinks it's jealousy or not realizing how cheaply and reliably the VB's can gain so much power with a simple bolt on and pro-tune. Absolutely love my TR.
    Also, I wish I bought the ETS intake. Perrin is okay but their grease filled filter for the cold intake is God awful 😑 I don't know what Perrin was thinking there.

      @@sidehop do you think the tR will be a better choice over the tS?

    • @sidehop
      @sidehop 4 дня назад

      @stevesmith1494 I guess it depends on if you want the adjustable suspension or not. I didn't see anything too different from the TR which I have but if you track and want both comfort and being able to stiffen things up on the fly, it could be a good option. But the TR is more than comfortable enough and I don't track either so I'm happy with it!

Great videos man :) I currently have a Stage 2, 2020 M340i xDrive with only 15,000km's on it.... it is a GREAT car and POWERFUL.... but I have this itch to get back into a Manual JDM car..... would I be nuts to sell my car for $75k AUD and buy an almost new WRX for about $50k AUD? @HeavyMetalWRX the Legacy feels good, better tires and breaks with some springs and it will be amazing for a family full sedan. Slight CVT turbo lag, but gets up to 60 and 100 pretty fast. Downfall, there is no aftermarket for it. Even cobb says it isn't a priority. But, now I can say I have owned a legacy, sti, wrx. Also currently own a Forrester, might trade that in for crosstrek.
      The legacy would be amazing if it was a manual and had an aftermarket selection. So.....back to the WRX
