As an Aussie, she’s correct when it comes to trying to do an American accent! We have to use muscles in our mouth that we’ve never used before. It’s a bit of a workout lol

@@harrycain5912 As an American, I don't really think about heavily articulating the Rs. It is just 100% natural to me. But then I'm used to it as I was born and raised in the midwest. Even then, just about any accent is cool! Accents and even just slight accents give people identity. If we all sounded like an automated voice from a computer, daily life would be boring.

Riley Rose Actually, they kind of are if you're not from either of those places. Sometimes I can't tell at first and it takes me a bit to realize "oh, they're Aussie" once they say words like "so" or "no". And besides, the Aussie accent and dialect evolved from British anyway.
