    Refrigerated storage in stainless steel tank. How many tons is that press?

    So where was the fermentation? Surely that is just apple juice not Cider.

    Is this cider or just apple juice? I thought you had to add yeast and ferment it to make cider.

      Apple juice is heated and filtered and has preserves and is a very clear liquid. Apple cider is juice that comes straight from squeezing apples. No yeast involved.

    50 годы 20 века - такой пресс был в Болгарии и работа на нем была не из легких. Сегодня есть ленточный пресс и бухер.

    looks quite inefficient and the ground up seeds are not good

      @@hdeanjonesii well first i cut out the nasty bug infected parts and the cores.....when i press them i dont use a towel as a filter that soaks up 50% of the juice....
