1) 90/90/1 rule
Jo kehta hai ki next 90 days ke liye sabse pehle 90 minutes apne us ek kaam ko do jo hame apne goal me best ban sakta hai.
2) Next point tha Create the conducive enviornment
Yaani apne aas paas aisa enviornment create karo jo hame hamare goal ki taraf le jaaye na ki aisa enviornment jis se hame lad ke kaam karna pade apne goal tak phunchne ke liye.
3) Next point aata hai Getting extremely good at one thing
Ye point kehta hai ki most successful log ek cheez me best hote hai kyunki agar ham unki life dekhe to usi field me unhone apni life ka maximum time diya hota hai. Is point me hamne talwaar banane wale insaan ki fable dekhi thi.
4) Next point kehta hai Build a dominating 18 minute routine
Yaani 5 minute sabse pehle to do list me do.. aise to di list jo actual me hame hamare goal tak phunchaaye. uske baad agar hamne 8 hours kaam karna hai to har hour ke baad ek minute hame apne peechle hour ko analyze karne me spend karna hai ki hamne vo hour spend kaise kiya aur use better kaise bana sakte the. Uske baad din ke end me 5 aur minute spend karne hai ki aur us me pure din ki activity ko analyze karna hai aur sochna hai ki is kaam ko ham aur better kaise kar sakte the.
5) Next point tha Where Do You Want To Land?
is point me hamne dekha tha ki hame pehle to ye pata hona chahiye ki hame phunchna kaha hai aur usi ke according decision lene chahiye na ki hamari decision making hamare reaction par based honi chahiye. Isme hamne peter ki story dekhi thi ki hunter ko pasand na karne ke bavjood unhone uske saath business start kiya aur finally peter hunter ko pasand bhi karne lage aur unhe ek bhaut hi valuable client mila jis ke saath unhone saalo tak business kiya.

I dont know why but i reached that state of mind in which i feel unworthy while wasting time either by watching other type of youtube videos ( except informative videos ) or gossiping with someone. Thats why i spent most time in productivity like getting knowledge on internet or through books.
