Thanks for your kind comment. Overall I think the Medium Flex is a great solution for long term travel - Carl Friedrik have just released a new Trunk suitcase which I will be testing in April, stay tuned for that to weight up some options if your brother still has time before making the purchase?

I bought the bigger carry on flex back in 2019. I fly out twice a month for work and besides the frame of the mesh breaking, this thing is still kicking. I'll be upgrading to the Medium flex soon! Thanks for the review!

Hi Martin, thanks for your comment. Check out my latest review on the Carl Friedrik Trunk as an alternative, I'm now switching to this as my main check in luggage.

Thanks for the positive feedback. The suitcase colour is Asphalt, but I think it's discontinued now sadly.
