Namaste! Woow, i started this ten-day routine just yesterday and this is genuinely working! Im a yoga instructor myself but not blessed with Indian anatomy and flexibility so no matter how hard i have tried, nothing brought me to the point where i wish to be with my flexibility. Yoga helped me yes, but not as much as how its supposed to be compared with how regular i have been with my practices... I tried many different split drills by a few different teachers, i bought a hyperbolic stretching practice pack etc but to be honest, Yogaraja videos have been the most helpful so far regardless of the videos being far from for beginners let alone for someone who is totally new to practicing yoga...

I can't explain how much i loved this video. I felt the stretch, I felt the monetary pain. But now, after the session, I feel free and no pain. I m a yoga practitioner but even then, this is nothing less than magic for me. Thank you 🙏🙏

I have joined local offline yoga classes in india but as i am hearing impaired i can't hear their instruction so i was searching for such youtube channel with subtitle.thanks you so much sir for wonerful series ..i tried it ...but i was diagnosed with B12 and vit D difficiency, should i continue doing this exercise , as i am getting knee pain. I get it when i do yoga posses which require to transfer weight in knee...like this stretching exercise. i hope you have understand my problem ....please guide me🙏

It's hard to do as a beginner, You can't do exact as in this video at first...But take it to the max and increase the stretch everyday
Right, can’t follow 100% in the beginning. Please keep repeating for 1 week after that u will easily able to follow
