Gary Neville hasn’t been the same ever since word of the day introduced “whereby” to him.

He loves “at this moment in time” also
I feel like Klopp could be doing a victory lap with the title at Anfield and Neville would still be saying he fancies Arsenal or City.
Well he backed City last year when everyone expected Arsenal to win April and turned out to be right. 😂😂😂
He said Spurs would be second to City less than 3 months ago. When you throw so many darts you are bound to be right

Mate he's turned blue, because United are so shite he's now blue. Liverpool will win the league they've got the easiest run in. Arsenal will finish 3rd.
If Liverpool win it he will go on about how Arsenal and City should of won it and threw it away, before spending an hour talking about Man Utd

@@nattygains9077We beat em last time and we'll beat them again
As a Liverpool fan, why do you lot always jinx it? No matter what United side turns up, it will always be a tough match. We cannot play how we did against them in the FA Cup
Villa and Spurs will drop points but Man United don’t have the consistency or the quality to take advantage of that.
Nobody wants to see Man united in the CL
If Villa and Spurs will drop points, let alone United 😂
Could have said the same last season but they did take advantage, hard to call really.
They will drop points, but Man Utd will also need to win games to take any possible advantage. So I think the Utd won’t get any higher in the table unless they start turning up. Not a Villa fan, but I’m pleased to see them up there and hope that they stick it out.
Villa and spurs are closer to the title than United are to 5th
Did you see the corner kicks Declan Rice took?
Now that was like a league two player. Why is a short guy like Odegaard in penalty box for corner kicks and a tall guy like Rice taking corner kicks, has Harry Kane vibes during Roy Hodgson's England.
Arsenal are the top scorers in all leagues from corners, with rice taking them I'm not sure what you're confused about
Only Liverpool is capable of giving City a proper game in EPL because they play their style no matter who play them. Liverpool never play Low block, it's not in their DNA
A proper game? City have had 2 shots on target over 2 games vs arsenal and lost the first game lol
So why were the two games between Liverpool and Man City this season 1-1 draws? How come Liverpool only won one of the last 14 games at the Etihad?
Proper game! They should have battered you at the Ethiad
Thanks for the 4 points this season.
You could say the same about arsenal and city hardly ever get many results at anfield@@TheKh65
This guy really knows his stuff. He should start his own podcast.
If Arsenal dont go on to win the title they didnt lose it in this game it was dropping points to fulham and west ham that taking 4pts from 6 against city is an excellent achievement.
exactly
West Ham happens but Fulham both games is 5 points from leads down the drain. Esp the 2 at home one up 10 to go against 10 men and outplayed. Thatcwas sort of unforgivable
Liverpool also dropped points to Luton & spurs away they got robbed , it happens , we destroyed villa & lost 0-1 😢
And if Arsenal win by a point it will be the point they pickd up at Anfield which they should never of got.

No one mentions about how big a player Gundogan has been especially at the end of the season for City and he isn't around this year. Kovacic and Nunes can't replace him. Also Mahrez was another match winner at this stage of the season.
City can still win the title but i am certain they won't win 9 games in a row.
They were stronger last season with Mahrez too I thought. His goal to games ratio was much higher than Jack Grealish.
Legendary Valencia coach!
I wonder why people don’t bring that up more 😂
Because he is entitled to an opinion just like you guys.
How have your football careers gone?😂

Man City were made to look pretty average by both Liverpool and Arsenal, at what does the media start to doubt them? I swear if Man City were behind by 6 points with one game to go the media people would still pick them as favourites to somehow win the league…
How do you doubt a team who drew both games to a team you're suppose to hype up....Like what parameters do we have with City drawing both games to both Liverpool and Arsenal show that both teams are better
with Man City"s powers of deception I wouldnt bet against it

I'm worried Utd. destabilise our PL aspirations as well as FA Cup. That's a massive worry. We have to hope Utd. win midweek as they normally put in a shift on the back of a bad game.
Don't see why they're so surprised that it was just like the first game this season🤷🏽♂️
Arsenal won that game and should've been playing against 10 from minute 15.
So.. not 'just like' it then..
Gary’s comments on the day to day dealing w everyone asking about when you’re going to be back from injury was spot on.
Don't forget Mr. Neville when ManCity faced Liverpool was after the mid seasons break where Liverpool still busy playing cup games..
It’s between Liverpool and Arsenal. This game has made Liverpool and Arsenal believe they can do it. Man City is just winging this season, they are burnt out from the treble, and the players they brought in to alleviate that burnout have not delivered (Doku, Gvardiol, Nunez, etc). In addition, Man City have injuries to key players (Ake, Stones, Walker, Grealish, Ederson) and their key players who are on the field are off form (KDB, Halaand, Bernardo, etc). So I think Liverpool and Arsenal will go all the way
hahahaha oh the naivety
He's not going to be sleeping for the rest of the season 😂😂
Another thoughtful and considered analysis from Mr Neville 👍👍
Arsenal's defensive display against City was impressive and committed, it reminded me of watching them when George Graham was their manager. But the game itself was underwhelming for a neutral and I have to say that Haaland was poor.
Gary's comments about the Brentford vs Man United game were also spot on, Brentford are an honest team that is 100% committed and United are a dishonest team and their players rarely play with ANY commitment
Gary Neville "I don't see Man City dropping points" after dropping points to both Liverpool and Arsenal in back to back PL games.
A Champions League chasing Villa won’t be a walk in the park either
I don't under these statements, it's not just him. Everyone gives City too much respect, they talk about them not dropping points right after they've just dropped points.
He is talking about the run in, use your brain. Arsenal will bottle it.
City press at start was amazing. As good as against Real last year. But Arsenal didn’t buckle. As likely to score as City.
Premier League without Klopp is gonna be dreadful.

Man Utd have gone back to the 70s and 80s when they were a good cup team but average in the league, only raising their game when they played Liverpool.

Not a great advert for the supposed most entertaining league in the world.
It was intense and time flew. Not entertaining but enthralling and edgy.
“It’s really difficult to play that badly.”😂😂😂😂
Shocking game
Arsenal improved every year now they need a striker then back up for saka and other players then they will start to destroy teams 💪🏼
Arsenal had a great chance to beat City today, with City's defensive injuries - basically a second choice back line & they didn't do enough to test them.
They're gambling on Liverpool dropping points & that they will win all their games.
Gary's right, can't rely on City dropping points, so Arsenal need to win every game from here.
Cry harder!
Second choice with Ake Ajanki Dias Gvardiol, all experienced internationals who would walk into any other premiership team 🤣
You do realise that backline are all first picks at times. He rotates them. 200 and odd million cost 😢
With their first choice keeper out, this is as weak a City defence as Arsenal will probably ever face under Guardiola - and they decided to use anti football tactics and park the bus instead of stepping up and taking control of the title race - now it's out of their hands, they rely on other teams to do them favours when the game today was there for the taking.
"Parking the bus" is nonsense. Did you not see how high we pressed at times? We played defensive sure, but did not park the bus.
Looking forward to Gary Neville being on next weeks podcast, hopefully Gary Neville will talk more about Gary Neville's man utd on the Gary Neville podcast.
As a Liverpool fan, i still think Sky Sports need to remember there are more than 3 teams in this league.
How Aston Villa have gone under the radar is unbelievable by sports journalists. At this stage of the season, Aston Villa is 4th, and to put into context, they're only 8 points off top of the league and 5 points off Man city after 30 games played!
If that was ManUtd, Sky would be interviewing Gary Neville and Roy Keane every day to talk about United's 'comeback'.
Sky sports need to do better and atleast post some videos dedicating a couple minutes to analyse Aston Villa's performance this season.
I think anyone who says Arsenal should not be happy with a point, quite frankly, is saying it just for media purposes. If I were an Arsenal fan I'd be ecstatic with a point. No team can go to the Etihad and be disappointed not to lose, City are just that good.
And I assure you that neither Guardiola nor Arteta are thinking about other teams dropping points. They're too busy working on winning their own games.
Liverpool is one of the only teams that can go toe to toe with city in a football match and play football. Arsenal could never, if Liverpool turned up and saw how weak that city backline was they would have came guns blazing. Different mentality
This game happened after international break, when Saka and Martenelli didn't train at all
As an Arsenal fan I would confidently say that Gary Neville is the best puddit out there
Get Neville Neville on the microphone
Brown bread
As a neutral I thought this was a great game of strategy, Arteta got the edge for me , Arsenal got under all their skins !
But City have never experienced a three way fight before so its new for them. I don't think it'll be like other years it's much harder for them as they have to have two teams drop points rather than just one.
I think next week could a proper statement in the gulf between Man U and Liverpool.
Thank you Gary, for joining us on the Gary Neville Podcast
Liverpool decimated with injuries over the past 3 months, playing kids and still sitting top. Gary cannot see past his own bias.
STILL sitting top? Only after the last game, they went top. After the MU game, you'll know whether they'll be there. The future doesn't look good for the Reds. Klopp leaving may have the same effect as SA Fergie leaving MU.

With so much made of this fixture in the last 7 days, I wasn't expecting a 'classic'.
I love the assumption from all these pundits that City will win every game & the others will drop points. Neville says if city win all there games they win the league but they are three points behind Liverpool with a worse GD so that relies on Liverpool dropping points in two games. Could happen of course but seems to be totally overlooked that City are currently third.
