Great video! From my understanding, the yard in Nampa is called Nampa Yard, Pocatello Yard is in Pocatello, ID. And you were right about the searchlight overhead signals in the beginning of the video, it has since been torn down and replaced by the more modern overhead signals. And I believe that from Nampa the locals travel as far west as Huntington, OR. Coming from someone who lives in the Treasure Valley, the UP Huntington Subdivison sees the most train traffic in the whole area, best place to railfan here if you ask me
@@polandball7482 i don't think the BVRR goes to Ontario, they go to Caldwell and then west on their own track to wilder before they turn around and head back to Nampa. The UP locals, on the other hand, do go to Ontario and as far west as Huntington from my understanding
Nice catches, Eric! I'm from the area, as well. I love Nyssa. That local was LCA42-01.
I railfan at Ontario & Payette and 26:32 is the entrance to my town
This is my home region! You should definitely come back! I'd be happy to help with some more obscure traffic.
Wow your so cool😉
Hey Eric was that an rs5t?
