This workout has it all…great cardio, strength and stretch. Amazing!
LOVE IT!!!.. You are the BEST!!!
Love these jump board workouts! Those speed runs at the end were a little evil though! 😈
Haha they are my favorite to throw in as a surprise 😂
Another great workout Dez! Please keep doing more jumping videos with alot of jumping time. I do 30 minutes of straight jumping every day and then a 30 minute full body workout and then the pull up bar, bicep curls and rows!
That’s amazing! You’re a beast! I don’t do a lot of Jumpboard so I may not be conditioned for 30 min straight haha but I’ll definitely try to create a more intense lengthened jump series in the near future!
Love it! Love you!
Great flow Ta🙌🏻🌸

Just finished this one, used my cardio-tramp and what a wonderful workout! Got my heart rate going, challenged me in all the right ways! I’m so glad I tried this one, thanks for all of your workouts and your encouragement during them! I also like how you keep reminding us to initiate with a certain muscle or muscle groups, all extremely helpful.
Thank you Mel! I’m so glad you enjoyed it and really appreciate your feedback!

Dez I love you workouts great with the jump board as really gets your heart rate up feel so great after thank you and ps love your leggings where do you get them from x
Thank you Dawn! I apologize I didn’t get back to this message sooner. My leggings are Lulu from quite a few years ago…. Hope you are still enjoying the workouts! Appreciate the support.
Loved this workout, but I have a hard time because I am taller and I can’t get the full jumps in because my reformer hits the stoppers. Any suggestions? Thank you for all your workouts, I’ve been doing them for about a week now and am so glad I found all your videos!!!
@@victoriacrane6452 thanks so much for the support! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the workouts. Try moving your stopper and gear bar closer to the Jumpboard to get more range of motion!
@@dez_fitmy reformer doesn’t have that option. Thank you so much for replying 🥰. I’ll have to figure something else out. Definitely won’t keep me from utilizing your videos!!
@@victoriacrane6452 awe dang, sorry! On anything sideways or kneeling, scoot down towards the Jumpboard and that should help too! Thanks again for the support!
Fun workout!! Question about my carriage: should I have to change it from its usual location in order to have my legs at a 90 degree angle and my feet flat against the board in the beginning? When I'm laying on my back with the carriage all the way in, my heels do not touch the board. I was able to do the workout, but I was wondering if I'm not getting the correct range of motion if my carriage isn't in the right spot. (I'm 5'5, by the way, if that helps. I have the Group SPX reformer and my carriage stopper is currently in the second position from the foot bar.)
Hey! it is common to move the gear bar and stopper to the first position during Jumpboard, but not required. Maybe try it and see what you think. In the first section where we are pressing off the board you could also just try moving your feet up higher. It might feel slightly different when you press out but would help get your feet flat and mobilize through the ankle. I hope this helps!
I developed two back cysts from jump board Pilates - trauma to my back.
