- With all the treasures on PNF-404 plundered, the President has set his sights on finding treasure in the furthest reaches of the galaxy. Olimar and Louie must go to 8-Titan, an abandoned mining planet thought to be full to the brim with loot. Will the captains survive on a planet without their trusty Pikmin? What horrors will await them in the depths of the facility? Will Louie find more alien creatures to eat?

I feel like if someone really wanted to, they could definitely implement a breadbug into lethal company.

(Like for example, across pikmin, they are known for taking treasure back to their nest. And the stuff would spawn back at the nest upon the breadbugs untimely demise. Would fit in perfectly)

Definitely, there are already mods to double the number of players, give monsters a voice mimic ability, turn all players into among us crew mates and add five nights at Freddy’s anamotronics to the monster list.

Olimar and Louie are truly hard working employees if they're going straight to Titan with a single flashlight.
This is how I think the performance report would go.
I think Olimar's notes would be "The most paranoid employee".
While Louie's status would be '???' and his notes would be a mix of "Sustained the most injuries" and maybe "The laziest employee".
And lastly, they would get an F for a grade since they didn't collect anything. Not to mention that Olimar left behind the flashlight too.
There more I think about... Hocotate freight is basically Amazon in space... So I find this very fitting! 😊
The shader's different. It's not fingerprinty like clay. That's a singular, powerful change in the animation pipeline.
I couldn't do a Lethal Company animation without trying to emulate the game's shaders, that would be all kinds of wrong
I thought at first that Louie would leave Olimar on the planet but looking at the ending, yeah makes more sense

Something I find odd about Louie is not that he eats whatever creatures he finds ( excluding the Pikmin, ) but how he is able to eat them. In order to eat them, he has to take of his space helmet first, and in Pikmin 1, Olimar finds out that oxygen is poisonous. Obviously if Louie takes off his helmet, he'd be vulnerable to oxygen.
*Does this mean that Louie is immune to oxygen, or am I just missing something?*

I actually have a lot of pikmin themed mods for lethal company so seeing this just made my day, somone needs to make a model swap of the playermodel from lethal company and replace it with olimar

We NEED a crossover between these two series. Imagine a mod adding the Waterwraith as an enemy that can spawn rarely on harder moons. Spawns at like 3:00-5:00, impervious to any kind of damage or stunning, kills almost all other creatures and players in one hit (except ghost girl and maybe hydrogere), and always knows where the players are and relentlessly hunts them down. Possibly a new moon called PNF-404 with a unique facility layout themed after the submerged castle where it is most likely to spawn. Maybe even a few Pikmin treasures or items, there's plenty to choose from and many could even have practical in-game effects, like the prototype detector reacting to scrap or the justice alloy increasing defense.
As far as other potential crossover enemies, I think the breadbug (as already suggested by @idiotexceptbetter8731) and dweevils would be the best, in addition to one other more hostile enemy, either the bulbear or the gatling grionk. Breadbug would drag scrap and bury it, which would have to be freed with a shovel, and would be impervious to damage (not stuns tho, which would make it drop its loot). Dweevils would have 2 health, use an elemental attack when damaged (easy to avoid due to significant telegraphing), and seek out scrap to carry as armor. Hitting it would make it drop this armor but take no damage, as would stunning it. Possible some mechanic with the bunker spider as well, not sure how that would work.
The spotty bulbear would have 12 hp and be vulnerable to stuns. It would have a predetermined path through the facility that it would follow until spotting a player. It would chase the player at a pace equal to the player's walking speed, and if line of sight was lost for 3 seconds it would give up and return to its predetermind path. It could hear, but not well. It would be followed by 0-3 dwarf bulbears, who would have 3 hp and follow their parent until spotting a player. If they lose sight of a player or the parent for more than 3 seconds, they would simply remain in place until spotting a player or the parent. Their bite would be much slower and only deal 20 damage (5 hits to kill a player at full hp)
The gatling groink would have 12 hp, and a face shield protecting from damage (but not stunning) from the front. It would wander a portion of the map until noticing a player, at which point it would chase them slowly and fire a spread of 3 explosives from a distance. The middle explosion would deal 50 damage but the side explosion would deal 10 damage, incapable of killing a player unless they were already critically injured. They would lose interest after 3 seconds out of sight, and have no hearing.
Both the bulbear and the gatling groink would come back to life with full health after about 7 in-game hours, with a rather long awakening animation to give nearby players time to flee.

I really enjoyed that. That was honestly very accurate. Thoinks four makng epoc animacions for us!
I really wanted the end to end with the last three stomps making the Long Legs approach, with the last step flattening them.
the ending was expected, but this was still good. also in a full on for real corssover, they would be FAR too small.
but if we tossed size-accuracy aside, they both can pack quite the punch so they'd be able to get out of a few jams.
In Pikmin 4 most of the castaways are from different planets so I like to think that PNF-404 is is the only giant planet in that universe, everywhere else is normal sized for the Hocotatians/Koppaites ect

cant believe i didn't make this connection, its so fitting.
Seems a little out-of-character of Olimar to leave Louie behind just to save his own skin. They should've brought an army of Pikmin to do their dirty work. Maybe he knew the creature was going to be Louie's prey, so he left him to it. Let's be honest, everyone may be better off this way.

Now that I think about it, the _entirety_ of the Pikmin series is literally just Lethal Company.😅
-Some company your captains work for sends you out on a journey to a dangerous planet to collect items to meet your quota.
-The atmosphere of said planet is very dangerous to breathe in, and is very harmful for your captain.
-There’s dangerous creatures to be wary of when exploring the dangers of the planet you’re treading on.
-The creatures on the planet gets VERY hostile at night, which will require your captains to leave the planet’s surface before sundown.
-(As of Pikmin 4) You are given/loaned some items that could help aid you on your expeditions.
Just from the very little gameplay I’ve seen of Lethal Company, but also with the help of my near 10-11 years of experience with the Pikmin series, there’s a LOT of similarities between the two that I could point out.😅
Great little animation, I love the ending. Thanks for giving us this little animation before the president one, hopefully everything goes well with that animation and take all the time you need to finish it.
