I've watched your videos you do great work for people thanks for what you do. What state are you in by chance, keep up the great work, just look out for snakes this time of year hate them things and I don't like spider's either 😅.
ERIK ! I hate to ask this! BUT VERY IMPORTANT! The funeral home has a simple problem with its electricity ! FLICKER caused by the old style SILVER IN COLOR DOBBIN 2 WIRING !!! EASILY TO OVER HEAT !! *** CAUSES MANY HOUSE FIRES !! *** Need to call and have electrician check all wiring or at least see if electric box changed to breakers or still old glass fuses which is a bad sign and may also be able to see silver color wire connections! Ask electrician about Dobbin 2 wiring! Might also be new copper wiring but owners bought copper wire too thin for amount of power needed! But all need to be checked and fast!
My roommate and I watch you all the time. We love all your tractors and equipment. I watch a bunch of the other lawn care guys and gals but as you say you're different. I absolutely love watching your equipment just chew up brush and trees. It's like watching Pac Man num num num lol! Keep up the amazing work.
Thanks to the new owner for taking us on a tour and I wish them all the luck getting it fixed up. Would love it if she invited you back when they're all done. And thank you Erik for going back to finish that property (I watched the other 2 times you worked on it).
Hi Erik 🙋🏽. THIS ONE REALLY CREEPS ME OUT ‼️STAY SAFE OUT ERIK‼️🤷🏽🧐🤨. There's NO FREAKING WAY I COULD EVER LIVE IN AN ABANDONED FUNERAL HOME.I DON'T WANT TO BE THERE WHEN I'M DEAD, I DEFINITELY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE WHILE I'M STILL ALIVE ‼️👁️👁️

This is a beautiful place from the outside, I sure she can fix the inside into a beautiful home for her and her family, and kudos on the bakery idea. Think I would take that funeral home sign down ASAP tho to get rid of the funeral stigma.
My mom has bought several Kia’s from that dealership next door. It’s sad to see places just get left and overgrown. I’ve ran those machines before and boy are you worn out at the end of the day. Be safe my friend and keep up the good work.
Hi Erik. I live in the area and have wondered about the ROYAL FUNERAL HOME for a long time. Also was curious about it. You did a great job cleaning the property up. Impressive. Way cool the new owner let you and your partner inside for a walkthrough of the place. Very interesting indeed. I hpoe the new owners are successful with the bakery. Thanks again Erik for this video. 😎👌
Deathly delights, oh my... . Their are NO demons in this establishment. Their is residual energy needs a good house cleansing with SAGE. Do be so creepy.... seriously. It's a lovely building and will be a terrific family home🎉❤
What an amazing job you guys did I personally like clowns but I know a lot of my family don’t. And I am so glad she gave us a tour. I’m so envious of her. That would be so much fun. Thank you for a great video.
Good to see that property getting a new life. I'm with Mark, no creepy funeral home dolls for me. The boiler would have been to heat the building, not cremation. That requires a much bigger furnace. Cool tour.
You cutting down that big old Bush without looking to see if there was any baby birds or eggs or nests in their of birds that you're destroying what if there was little tiny baby newborn baby birds in there you guys are doing a great job it's cool of you guys to help people out in time's of need thank you God bless you
Pretty sure that's a "tree of heaven" tree. It's an invasive species. I've always called them "weed trees". They're not only invasive, they stink and are potentially hazardous to humans; if their sap gets into an open wound.
Great job! Any tree or bush where the trunk is growing right at the base of a fence or wall of a house, like at the 26-27 minute mark, you can bet, was not intentionally planted there and thus should be cut down before it does any damage to the foundation. You know this is true because all trees intentionally planted are usually planted a quite a few feet away from a wall or fence.
You're doing a really massive job Erik, a job well done as usual. That chopper does a great job of all those branches breaking them down to bite size pieces to be integrated back into the ground. That lady who owes the 'Parlor House' now has to have a great sense of humor to live in it, where bodies were gutted and cremate. As they say the 'dead' know nothing once they pass over. So hanging around shouldn't be a problem for the living. It's the living we have to be afraid of LOL!!! She was kind to give you a tour of what it was like. Now turning it into a livable family home. Waste NOT want NOT!!! SO, BE IT!!! AMEN and AMEN!!!
I fell in love with that building the first time you were there. Now to get to see the inside was awesome. Looks like it was a grand place at one time. Hope the clown doesn't bring you bad luck 😊 I don't like clowns. I'm glad someone is occuping the building now. Wishing her the best of success with her renovation and bakery business. Thanks for sharing with us once again.
Back in the day alarm system were very expensive so a lot of companies would have timers installed to cut lights on and off in different parts of the house or company to make people think they are in the house
Eric you are a magician with the vemeer. Place looks fabulous when you are finished! Good luck to the new property owners.Tour was interesting! I dated an undertaker in my 20's. My Nanna really liked him and wanted him to care for her after she passed. I couldn't even entertain the thought but did ask him a million questions!

Erik and Mark you fellows certainly cleaned this property up and transformed it from a terrible mess that looked horrible into a very neat clean property. I agree with Mark as for the clown that was just too creepy I would have been scared spitless and the tour of the funeral home was so eerie in certain areas you guys are sure brave. You fellows are real true earth angels blessing and helping so many people. I love all the videos and thank you so much for sharing them. Take care and be safe my friends.
I look forward to seeing this channel. You find more things and have more trouble with people and your such a nice person love this channel. Not sure why you don't have more followers. This channel is fantastic.
Great video/job Erik👍🏻😇 I bet that bush could be seen from space 😂 I can see why the guy over the road was so grateful 👍🏻 That doll looked Tabetan or Eskimo, the ❤️ on the cheek (crying my heart out)🤔 I wish the young couple all the best, in their new home 🥰
Eric, you really did a spiffy job on the grounds! Looks great! It was fun watching that huge bush get eaten up! LOL Touring the old funeral home was fun. She sure has a lot of work ahead. Thanks.
You know what, that could make a beautiful home/business, so much room, or you could make a B & B. The building looks like it’s built well. There are so many possibilities. Good luck to the nice lady. And Eric, another good job and adventure.

That machine is a real BEAST! Impressive! (I would be terrified of annihilating any wildlife that might have made a home in such a large bush!) I doubt they did cremations; nothing there is large enough. Not all funeral homes have those facilities. I know the one near us sends bodies to be cremated to another town. The tour was interesting, but creepy. I don't think I could make a home from such a spot!
Ok, you had explained why you were going back and forth... Erik... You could stand on your head and whistle Dixie for an hour, and I won't care WHY you did it! You have risen above the need to explain a thing as to what you are doing, yesss, you are that amazing at what you do! Just keep up the great works you do and heaping blessings on those that need them! Again, soooo amazing you are back at the funeral home, wow, that was awesome for you to get to go back and finish up what you started so long ago eh?! :)
Holy ground. A blessed place of rest. Thank you for cleaning it up Eric. If so many people weren't frightened of their spiritual future perhaps it wouldn't have fallen into such extreme disrepair.
What a really cool video. Who would expect a lawn mowing channel to be shown around an old mortuary. The history and stories that place could tell. 🤙😎🇦🇺
Well that was definitely different. Yard looks great but going inside I would have to pass especially going down stairs. But it was interesting. Thanks for sharing.🥰

An interesting place. We have also had a funeral home closed down due to what they were doing with the bodies here recently. The owners are facing charges as well. I don't think I could live in a house that used to be a funeral home though. Have a great day
