If you like to be close to everything ie. city center then Austin Heights, Taman Mount Austin, Taman Gaya are all close proximity to malls and eateries. If you prefer to be away from the hustle & bustle then Iskandar Puteri may be better choice for you. There're many newly developed projects at this area although many of them are still vacant which makes it still relatively affordable. Horizon Hills, Eco Botanic, East Ledang, could be great investments for long-term although they're slightly pricier for Johor's perspective. Do wait for the confirmed info on these SF/SE Zones that'll be announced hopefully real soon :)
Thanks for watching! For the MM2H registered agents, check the link here www.motac.gov.my/en/check/mm2h
For the SFZ/SEZ areas you mentioned, which area or place would you recommend to stay long term?

Puteri Harbour is my personal favourite. However, the streets there could get a little quieter than other locations mentioned
