One of my friends has the best brownie recipe that I've ever tried and I have never had a brownie that could compare to her recipe. I have no idea how but it doesn't have the over powering chocolate taste which makes you thirsty, it so sweet but doesn’t make you feel sick and is like crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Like someone explain how that you could make a brownie that good???

omg i have to say this, but you did NOT beat those butters and sugars til they were 'nice and fluffy' - it's actually supposed to turn into a whipped-cream-cheese sort of texture. and because you haven't done that stage correctly, that means you didn't give those brownies a fair trial, since it'll definitely affect the texture of the end product ;P
That's the problem with all these BuzzFeed baking videos. They have no technique. The way he says "fold it in" as he stirs it aggressively with a wooden spoon makes me cringe. That's why he's getting those papery top layers, he's beating too much air into the batters
