Dua Lipa's French is very impressive. The French have an understanding of culinary arts that is astonishing and a little intimidating. This was an excellent video and I really liked the lady who introduced the dishes. Thanks for posting.
@@Cantetinza17because most celebrity mock french and do not try hard enough to do the right pronunciation. Her french was really good for someone who doesn’t speak the language, they was a few bits where it lacked but overall I could understand her as a french person.
@Pafounete You know, I've never seen it that way. I've always seen celebrities really try to speak languages. Sure, there are those few that make you cringe and make your ears want to shrivel off and fall off your head, but I've seen most trying the best they can.
The moment you realize that in France, it is onion soup, and as elsewhere, it is French onion soup. Also, dream date creme de la creme, french dinner date with Dua Lipa, and ending with un cafe et dessert. Definitely the smile makes it worth it.
I really appreciate the fact that no food is wasted because these trying out food videos always make me anxious that what will happen with the rest of the food

Dua Lipa definitely enjoys eating her food 😂😂😂 I would have never thought 💭🤔 that she is a foodie lover and actually knows how to enjoy it ❤️❤️❤️ Well done Dua 😉
Hélène is a cuisine extraordinaire, her creations and balance of flavors is no match. I hope everyone that can have access to her artistry, is a must try.....
Am I the only one who is confused?? She sits and eats Traditional French dishes for Vogue France and this is uploaded on Vogue India?? I thought she would try traditional Indian dishes and share her experience on Vogue India
They do this every so often, they pick one of the “Vogue Country” channels to upload their content onto even when it’s nothing to do with that country, in order to build a subscriber base for that specific vogue channel, so they can then produce more country specific content for that channel and have it do better on the algorithm by having a larger audience on that channel
I would love to see "grand mother" french food once (I know that's Vogue, so it's also about presenting fancy food I guess), but I'd love to see everyday French food get more international exposure rather than very chic cuisine like that (even if it's impressive)
When she said she's tried tongue you can tell she was trying not to laugh haha. Dua looks absolutely gorgeous here, as always. I would happily take her to any fine dining restaurant and spoil her rotten. Just her company in return would be an out of this world experience
Oh, wow, I just realized this is the first video of her I'm watching right now. Been crazy for her songs a whole year. Watched not even a single music video. LOL, I think I should go check those out. Barely know how she looks. Gosh I'm lazy 😅
In her prosody of French, the melody is perfect - my guess as a European from a non-French country - but a few pronunciation details could be better, but really, very good. As a "foreigner" you are allowed to make mistakes that would be faux pas when you are a local, but being foreigner you may be forgiven with them (they cannot be criminal of course). Dress like the French, speak like the French, and you loose that advantage. So, keep a bit of accent and mispronunciation.
You can see that Helene was super excited to serve Dua, shes so cute and her dishes look amazing!
Lol
She seemed very self centered and arrogant to me

Oh yes, serving foie gras is so "sweet and pure", give me a break.

it's the chef : helene darroze
French is a very elegant language to hear... You feel you are hearing someone very complicated, elegant and luxurious
It sounds like some guy with dick in their mouth
no
I'm learning french, and it sounds sexy like 20% of the time, and the rest is like a serious conversation😅❤️love it
Cuz you associate it with luxury brands 🛍
i speak french un peau its garbage
I am very surprised how well she can speak French!
Why?
@@Cantetinza17because most celebrity mock french and do not try hard enough to do the right pronunciation. Her french was really good for someone who doesn’t speak the language, they was a few bits where it lacked but overall I could understand her as a french person.

She's not American. Euro folks/Canadians etc. learn other languages very well.
it's cute but it's not "well" at all.
She barely put a few words together. Anyone can do that in whatever the language.
She just exudes class and elegance.
I honestly never saw any alban person with class, they all have Kosovo Farmer mentality
speaking with a mouth full? lol
You gullible people. This is Vogue India and the content is western and french. lol
No. Literally acts n dresses like a stripper 😂😊
@@ubbgn no one actually cares. At least she’s not freaking eating with her mouth open. And she’s also not the freaking queen, she’s not perfect.

😮 🤯 it makes so much sense now !
the chef seems so kind and friendly.
And here I am watching Dua Lipa eating her lunch and loving it 😃
Best date I have had in a decade
The French really understand how to treat a guest like royalty ❤
Love her doing french and then her english. Lovely voice and energy.
I really appreciate the fact that no food is wasted because these trying out food videos always make me anxious that what will happen with the rest of the food
her voice is so soothing please
I feel like she has the potential to be the next Padma Lakshmi hosting Food Network events. She’s fabulous and has such the personality for it!
I was thinking the same thing.
I never understood the hate on her in the past she genuinely seemed to me really sweet and full of joy
wow was surprised and amaze by the chef, magnifique!

There is NO country like Swizterland for cheese. It's absolutely amazing. After eating gruyere no cheese is every comparable.
I'm officially a dua Lipa fan! Lol I love all things french
If her music career ever goes bust Dua should put out dining videos. Luv luv her and I’m a future subscriber!
omg love her voice and accent
I like how they note the food wasn't wasted -- much appreciated :)
watching this feels like a therapy or something . so relaxing
what an amazing chef
Dua Knows how to eat, she respects food and loves to try new types of foods. ❤ finally a celleb that isn't picky about food 👏👏👏
Dear Vogue, more mukbang series please.
I love Dua Lipa!! Shes so adorable. Loved this episode. The food looks delicious and I love that she appreciated it.
love that her dress resembles a bib
I m smiling the whole video ?? my favorite artist, good looking presented food and happy vibes
Day’s reaction to the ohmazing dishes is inspiring! The chef is enchanted with her reaction and response to her creative spin on these dishes! Bravo!
Can I just say I despise Apple auto correct. Her name is DUA! Stop changing it to day. Arghhhhhhhhh
I need all of this!
Her English with her accent is so beautiful!
French cuisine is out of this world!
I agree Paris Brest is great but profiterole is my all time favourite I can eat it everyday 😍😍😍 I’m in love with profiteroles. I’m a foodie myself 😂😂

the chef is soooo cool

Same! LOL
I think this was uploaded because she mentioned India in the video, so homage to the home country..hehe I could be wrong!

It was originally uploaded by Vogue France, and then reuploaded by Vogue India ("Vogue France invite Dua Lipa" at the beginning) :)
Why is that a problem? I don't mind being exposed to different cultures.
i never thought dua would make such a good foodie
The chef should just let her eat, dua looked like she just wanted to eat it😂
Love the chef to adorable in her explanation 🎉❤
I wanna have lunch or any meal with Dua. She's totally cool and really genuinely happy to eat there ♥️♥️☺️
Our girl Dua Lipa has the cutest lil' French pronunciation. Her accent was(and is) charming and exquisite ❤️❤️
I like french food for the decadence as well. Good lord all the steps.
She just loves to eat, good for her😊
I love how she kept the accent
"Dua Lipa Eats Traditional French Dishes"... and then they bring in 'Tandoori Lobster'. 😄
Dua Lipa is a national treasure hahaha
Which Country!?
Need to try this Indian food
That was great but I really need to see Jessica Capshaw on it!! Especially because she is back to Grey’s Anatomie!!!
the fact that they only gave her half the wellington 😭
