At a recent Naples Pickleball Tournament, saw a guy plays at the 5.0 category who used a paddle with the same surface texture which is new to me. His backhand slice strokes were really well executed
Yeah the Carbon fiber weave paddle face construction has been around for a little while now, however this particular paddle(Zenith) is special because it uses Thermoforming and adds texture as well for more spin! 🏓

Thanks for the review. I’m stalled at 3.0 honestly. I like what I see so for $99 I am willing to try the c8. I am not expecting too much, I have good access to paddles and really honestly cannot say any of them for the ones I have played with most has increased my self rating. Yeah, I’m honest.
Normally the paddle alone cannot improve one’s rating, however it can improve your confidence in the shots that you attempt to make, therefore improving your level of play.
To me, the best way to improve one’s level of play is to find a good drill partner and drill several times a week in all positions before or after you play.

How do these compare spin wise to today's raw carbon fiber paddles? Also, which size paddle do you prefer and why?
They compare very closely if not even better. Trust me I won’t even think about using a paddle if it doesn’t spin the ball well since i have a topspin heavy style. The Zenith spins the ball very well which is the reason It’s my #1 paddle at the moment. I’ve used CRBN, Joola, Gearbox, Prokennex, Selkirk, and many others. The Zenith is just as good if not better and the cost is waaaay less. I enjoy the C8 standard shape because it’s a little quicker and maneuverable at the net for doubles, however for singles if you need the extra reach the C7 will perform just as good 👍🏻

Is this a review or an advertisement? Another RUclipsr has a 20% discount on the C7 and C8. For that price is looks like a good paddle. Nice video but no Pros or Cons on the paddle.
It’s basically both a review and an advertisement. The honest truth is that I really don’t find any cons with the Zenith paddles. At least not yet anyway…and I am super sensitive, analytical, and picky when it comes to a paddle’s performance. It has a ton of control, spins the ball really well, and has a huge responsive sweet spot…it’s my new #1 paddle!
