Amazing ab workout!! Usualy Pilates don’t kill me but this time I was dying the whole time I loved knowing it’s actually working! Only question I have is why did you do the cross hold and lift for the left side but not the right side
Ok recording my progress but this is like one of my last workouts so bear with me!😭 Day 1✅: Didn’t put my best effort had to stop early for a lot of them. Day 2✅: Ok I definitely felt the burn today, I also had to stop for the planks and bears. 3 day break srry😕-Chat, I have horrible muscle fatigue so I have to take a break RN. 😞 Day 3✅: Felt good was pretty swift but those planks and bear things…😒 Day 4✅:Doneeee Day 5✅:Lifts hurt my neck🙂 Day 6✅:A little easier 🫣
