- In this video I show you how to solve the problem with the xiaomi robot error 10 clean or replace the filter, the robot sucks anyway but the suction works at low speed, in my case the robot vacuum cleaner was a Xiaomi mi robot vacuum 2, but I think the solution can also be valid for roborocks and other models, good vision.

Thanks! The simplified version that worked in my case: use a dust cleaner spray and blow out the outlet openings (first from outside, later maybe also from inside). Or, if you have a suitable old-style vacuum cleaner, try to suck out the (from inside)

Grande, grazie. Mi rimane il dubbio sul motivo per cui questo errore lo dà così frequentemente ma l'accesso alla soluzione sia così contorto. Se avessero fatto un coperchio del filtro più semplice da aprire magari avrebbero reso la vita più facile a tutti.
Ciao, se te lo da di frequente ti consiglio di sostituire o pulire più spesso il filtro interno. A me personalmente lo ha fatto una volta solo dopo anni di utilizzo

I replaced filter and cleaned the inside and still receive the error. On mine you never hear the "suction" motor start up. Do you know what part I would order to replace this. Thanks so much!

Ciao buongiorno, ho visto il tuo video e devo dire che mi è stato molto utile, grazie, una cortesia però, da qualche giorno l'aspirapolvere si blocca senza nessuna possibilità di proseguire con l'operazione, il messaggio di errore mi dice di un errore 58 (la lingua originale è cinese ma me la sono fatta tradurre) e di resettare l'apparecchio però niente da fare. L'ho aperta e ripulita nei minimi dettaglio ma niente da fare. Hai per caso mai sentito di questo tipo di errore? Altra cosa sai se si può installare qualche altra lingua? Grazie mille

Forse ho trovato, tramite l'applicazione dovrebbe funzionare, provo e poi ti aggiorno, grazie.
Allora sono riuscito a modificare la lingua del dispositivo portandola in inglese, dall'app ho capito i vari messaggi di errore, tra le varie spazzole usurate mi avverte di pulire i 4 sensori posizionati sotto che rilevano il vuoto, effettivamente uno in particolare sembra avere all'interno della polvere, solo che non capisco come pulirlo. Ho provato a cercare in rete ma non trovo nulla, magari tu sai. Grazie mille

Я разобрала, почистила и нифига не работает😭 у меня другая модель, та, что и водой моет. Проблема началась, что перестала вода выделяться, сменила фильтры, но толку никакого, а потом через несколько месяцев ошибка 10 появилась.

@@gipielle ho pulito con il compressore, era sporco. Ma non è servito. Ora lo sto smontando di nuovo e stacco totalmente il motore.

Io sono andato oltre e ho anche pulito la ventola visto che mi dava anche l'errore 18 "ventola difettosa" e effettivamente era coperta di sporcizia e polvere, e ora aspira benissimo, come nuovo....ma continua a darmi l'errore 10 "pulire o sostituite filtro" anche con un filtro nuovo.
Allora forse la ventola è da sostituire
@@gipielle forse...il che sarebbe strano visto che ora aspira come se fosse nuovo. Magari un problema di software o di sensori.

Ciao, è a incastro basta tirare. In quel modello mi pare sia come il roomba. Nell’s5 max si toglie la ruota poi sotto ci sono due viti che presumo servano per smontare tutto il blocco

Can some one help me? I tried everything from cleaning all the filters of the vacuum system and resetting the robot but I still get the message. The only way it’s working is when I use silence mode, if I turn it on normal ou strong suction I get the message to clean filter and it’s stop. Is there anything I can do to fix ?

Ho seguito passo passo il tutorial e sembrava aver funzionato alla grande. Purtroppo dopo qualche minuto di nuovo quel maledetto errore 10 e in più non carica più la mappa 😭 penso che ormai vada resettato completamente
Ciao, il filtro principale è pulito ? La mappa e l'errore 10 sono due cose differenti, non credo siano correlate.

Hi, in forums you can find solutions like resetting the robot or resetting the filter in the roborock app, but that not worked for me. Maybe also a defective vacuum motor, but in this case you have to change it.
