The same applies to a web developer, it should know basic UI and UX design so it makes sense, has coherence and looks visually good.

Thanks so much for this video. I have been dabbling in web design for a long time, learned programming and and ended up loving branding more so I kind of went backwards I believe. I just started my own channel to hold myself accountable and to keep going. I am afraid to put myself out there now, though because I don't feel like I'm good enough yet. I don't know about showing. I just started hearing about it. I will go and watch more of your channel for that. WordPress is a heavy learning curve for me. I enjoy webflow, but I think that's because I learned code.
Hi Megan, can you make a video / do you have a video that talks about setting up your client's Wordpress / Show It accounts? Do you create an account for them with their email and password and then pass that information onto them once the project is complete? And what account subscriptions / plans you recommend them to purchase before beginning?
I would love to see a visual process instead of just a description. It doesn’t have to be an actual job one but like a for fun design to get an idea. I’m a visual learner and find hearing a description kind of a bit of confusion and lose great pointers 😢
I just think I'm tooooo stupid to learn code and Java and computer science and all that. I am looking at this web design program at my community college and am looking to get their web development certification. What makes web dev so difficult? Or better yet, how much is necessary to learn? At this stage of my life I'm almost 29 and feel like I am really running out of options for what to do with my career.. I have a creative mind I guess, not so much issues with networking skills etc I'm sure those will come. But CODING? i've never wanted to even learn computer science but it seems like you have to know it! Idk. What do you think lol

hello ma'am good evening , i been watching your videos for last 2 hours and currently watching this one and just got an idea to put a comment and ask you somthing. actually i have done ux design internship and i resigned when they offered me an employment due to less salary than i expected , and i am looking for new job , and just got freelance project they want me to design a website for 3D Printing models, and they want to build the website on wordpress bcs they found it cheaper. so i got here and searched for freelance project strategies. so maam i actually want to ask you that where do you look for design inspiration , or design ideas for specific design .

Hi!! So sorry instagram is being weird for the messages! They don’t overlap much at all, the logo design course goes more in depth with that specific design phase of the branding process. The branding course is more for those who want to learn the full client process! I would suggest logo design simplified if you want to perfect design skills and branding course if you want to perfect your business and general design skills and gain a good client process! Hope that helps ❤️
wordpress is cool but u have no freedom to do creative things and if u wanna do it u need coding so its just a limited way to build a website just for small “business “
