I’ve been tapping setting spray under my eyes with my ring finger for a couple of weeks and it makes the under eyes incredibly smooth ALL.DAY.LONG. I just spray the back of my hand tap my finger in and go under the eye. Amazing!!
I've actually been doing that for years except I don't use a brush. I just spray a little setting spray on my beauty blender and lightly pat it under my eyes. It does work very well. I'll try it with a brush next time. Thanks!
Yes, this is a great hack! I’ve done this for years, but with a sponge. Sometimes I just use the spray on a sponge to set it, no powder and that works also.
Hi Sarah!! Thank you ... can’t wait to try this out! 💕 Without makeup your under eye area is looking a lot lighter than it used to! Whatever you are doing keep at it...it’s working 😃
I saw something Similar on tiktok. The only difference was the girl used the setting spray on her fingers and gently tapped it up under her eyes after the powder. I tried it and I must admit it works fabulously!! I just forget to do it most days. Thanks for the reminder! I will try it with a brush to see which way works best.
Yep i do this. I also spray setting spray on the brush that i use the blen the concealer out...the same RT deluxe crease brush or their small powder brush...blend out then set with a touch of powder.
I'm just seeing this, but I'm definitely going to try this with a brush. It seems like a great way to strategically place setting spray exactly where it's needed. I'm not a fan of "whole face" misting. Great video - thanks!
Nice, I actually learned this technique when I was taking a makeup course in Iran years ago ... the artist taught us to use a damp sponge 🧽 (back then there wasn’t any beauty blenders so she used an actual sponge!) and pressed it down all over the face including underneath the eyes as the last step.
You and your makeup are always so beautiful, flawless, & flattering. I love makeup, but haven't worn any in a long time....time, illness, physical demands etc... 1. How long does it take you to do your makeup, on a good & bad day....if you have a bad day doing your makeup? 2. May I ask, what is your daily makeup removal routine? 3. Also what is your skincare routine for before & after makeup application & removal? 4. Do you have a weekly/monthly and/or winter/summer routine? 5. And, amount of time too please if you can? 6. Do you just have lip gloss on? 7. What is the difference between color corrector & concealer & how do you choose the right color(s)? Sorry yes I have lots of various questions.
I tried it n it worked wonderfully❤only now by the end of the night my under eyes look hell dry. but the concealer is stayed on for really well for around 10hrs 😊 thank u for the hack
Ya it’s better in my opinion to spray on face and before the spray evaporates use can use brush or dampened sponge to set concealer... will do same thing
Hey Sarah, your under eye area has improved a great deal. Can you please share what steps or products helped you in achieving this? I’m really tired of my dark circles and hollows that never go away 😔
Honey why don't you apply light layer if vaseline over ur eyes... it will keep your eyes moisturised and add a plumper look and overtime will lessen the dark circles... I use it under concealer and trust me it works well.
I saw Wayne Goss do this with setting spray and his fingers. I tried it and it was ok. But I like the idea of using a brush! And he didn’t do it twice per eye so now I’ll try your way and see 😊
I’ll try it!!! Also, your hair looks so long! I haven’t missed any and I thought it was atleast 2 inches shorter 😆 either way, it looks Gorg! It could be cuz of the way u waved it.
What if you put the setting spray on first then color correction then concealer then powder then the brush with setting spray. Lots of steps but I’m gonna try lol
On Tik Tok? I saw her hack too. She pats the setting spray with her finger after applying concealer then goes over it with a setting powder. I tried it but all it did was move my concealer around and lift some of the coverage. That’s why I tried this instead.
Hi I have been watching your videos and my biggest issue being 10+ years older than you is how my concealer looks under my hollow eyes. I do have some wrinkles and bags and dark circles depending on the day ha ha.. I am going to try the pat mcgrath concealer you like. I wonder if you have ever tried the NYX corrector in medium 003? I think it works better than the becca. Maybe a video with NYX products. Best!
Most setting spray has alcohol in it, im afraid this method will dry and age the undereye further in a long run. So i dont dare to use it often on my already dry skin.
Your videos are always so interesting. I'm a fan. Follow you since a long time. I don't understand why some one can give you thumb low. Weird. Don't pay attention. Greetz from Belgium
I do this with a sponge and it works just fine and it doesn’t have to be done twice, it works better for me because I have dry skin so I don’t use powder.
I really want to try this, but my concern is that setting sprays are like hairspray for the skin and could dry out your under eye in the long term. Anyone use this technique long enough to see any negative side effects? Thanks
I think it will be fine as long as you use a hydrating primer and sunscreen u set your eyes and don’t forget to come back home and do your under eye massage with aloe Vera gel
Guess this works as long as you don’t have wrinkles under your eye. As soon as I put powder over the concealer the wrinkles get worse because it dries the skin and it makes me look 20years older *lol
Can anyone recommend what to do because my undereyes are dry straight after i set with powder. I make sure my skin is moistured, i use a hydrating primer, i use a damp sponge but as soon as i set with powder its just dry and cracking :(
I’ve been tapping setting spray under my eyes with my ring finger for a couple of weeks and it makes the under eyes incredibly smooth ALL.DAY.LONG. I just spray the back of my hand tap my finger in and go under the eye. Amazing!!
Do you do this before or after powder?
@@sanabaig5520 after
i tried that and it worked so well omg!! THANKS
I tried this. I have big eyes. I always have creasing, transferring of makeup and this fixed all my under eye/concealer issues.
Nice one) I do remember similar advise from Wayne Goss, but he used a sponge to apply a setting spray.
I followed your tutorial and it worked!! I used the Milani spray to set it and It stayed set all night. Thanks for the tip!
It makes your undereye look so healthy! Definitely going to try this
You’re my faveeee for concealer reviews and undereye stuff! I’m soooo excited to try this tip tomorrow 😍😍🔥
I love that you have been on this mission for years! in all honesy- it has also helped me immensely!
I will definitely try this tomorrow! Thank you for this hack!
Your videos are always great👏🏼
Thank you so much for watching!
WOW! Life changing! My under eyes always looked dry now they blend smoothly like the rest of my face! Thanks for the tip! Happy New Year! 🥳
Excited to try this! Nothing has worked for me so far. Will keep you updated!
Hi Sarah!! Thank you ... can’t wait to try this out! 💕
Without makeup your under eye area is looking a lot lighter than it used to! Whatever you are doing keep at it...it’s working 😃
Omg this works like a dream! I have been struggling recently with my under eye concealer and this little trick is magic! Thank you!

Oh, really? I thought she tapped the setting spray after the concealer but before the setting powder 🤔
@@AllBeautyBySarah you might be right!!!! It worked well for me... however, I'm definitely trying the brush method tomorrow, thanks! 😉
@@AllBeautyBySarah This method has been on YT for years. Some people use a mini dry sponge as well.
It works the same with a makeup sponge. After blending in concealer, wet your sponge and apply the setting powder. The extra moist makes it lock in
Yep i do this. I also spray setting spray on the brush that i use the blen the concealer out...the same RT deluxe crease brush or their small powder brush...blend out then set with a touch of powder.

Thank you 🙏 I’ll give it a go. I am so over trying so many different hacks 😭 hopefully your one works 🤞💗

Cool! Is the sponge damp with just water or did you put setting spray?
@@Zoink918 it should be damp with lukewarm water.
@@parinazaz4044 thanks! 😊
I tried this and it works beautifully! Thanks so much!😘💗🥰💕 This is the very best way to apply concealer that doesn’t crease or fade! Love it!
YOU LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE!!!! 😍❤️
Wow! I can’t wait to try this tomorrow! Will let you know... thanks so much😘💕😍💗🙏
Will definitely try this!! Thank you for sharing 💗
Thank you for sharing. I've seen this using the ring finger but never with a brush. I'll try this.
Gonna try this. Have to take a photo on Monday. Thanks
OK SO today I did this hack and FIIINNNAALLLYYY something worked! Yes this works. I have lines and darkness and it worked! Thank you so much 💖😭🥳💝🙏
Omg!! I must try!! Thank you for the tip 🥰

I will definitely have to try this! I have the worst time with my eye area!
Your under eyes look fabulous!!!! Does this concealer say that it's a blurring concealer?
Gracias Sarah!!!!!
Eres mi Ídolo de Concealers!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Cariños desde TX! 😃
Muchas gracias!!! ❤️
So so so going to try this today! Thank you! Do you have a video on doing your amazing eyebrows?
What an awesome trick! I must try 😍😍😍
Ooo I’ll have to try this!! Thanks for sharing! 💖💖
I tap primer on top of my concealer then set with setting spray no powder
Seems like a great hack, I will try it next time! Your tips always work for me, thanks!
How different is it from spraying your face all over, and then using a sponge or brush to dab around it?
This method wastes more setting spray lol and you don't end up using it all over your face
I guess it's more concentrated around the eye area then spray would do?
Ya it’s better in my opinion to spray on face and before the spray evaporates use can use brush or dampened sponge to set concealer... will do same thing
That sounds great I will try it because my eyeliner runs.
Do you use primer?
Definitely trying this! Thank you Sara!🥰🥰
You’re welcome! 😊❤️
That’s actually a fantastic tip!! I’m really hoping this works well for me! Thank you!!!!
This is a great way to work with concealer! Healthy, natural look as a result👌
Great tip. I’ll try it...
Thank you! Trying it today! 👍🏼❤️😘

Yes, I saw this about a month ago on Tim too and also a couple of youtubers have shown it. I use my finger to tap it on.
On Tik Tok? I saw her hack too. She pats the setting spray with her finger after applying concealer then goes over it with a setting powder. I tried it but all it did was move my concealer around and lift some of the coverage. That’s why I tried this instead.
you made me buy the pat McGrath concealer haha and I love it
Nice, can't wait to give it a try tomorrow morning :)
What kind of colour corrector you use? I couldn’t fund it in the description box. Pls share.
What setting powder do you use ?
I will definitely try this, thank you
I’m definitely going to try this out, thanks 😊
I will definitely try this one!! The one from TT is too many steps for me to remember the order, this one is easier 👍🏽😌
I noticed ur dark circles is brighter ... Products plz

Yea it’s good to set your under eyes with setting spray better then using powder
I’m definitely gonna try this
Thank you for the amazing videos💕
I will actually try this!! Thanks 😊
Thank you for this hack!
What about for above the eyes? the eyelids? Oily eyelids. My dark circles make the lids also discolored. So can I do the same for the eyelids? or no?
omg! thank you for sharing I needed this
Thanks for sharing, I'll try it ✔️👌❤️
Going to give this a try , thank you ❤️
I tried it & it works beautifully! Thanks!
Cant wait to try this, thank yotj🥰
I do this too but with a beauty blender. It’s works great!
I followed this trick but I use it with the beauty blender instead of the brush and I notice that it looks smoother and less drying!!!
Is it safe to put a settiing spray under you eyes? I only have Fix Plus by Mac. Could it work?
Can i try with rose water?
kinda similar to the Risa Does Makeup concealer hack she pulled off a lady from tic tok last month
I tried that one a few times and it did not work for me at all ☹️ It moved my concealer around and would lift some of the coverage.
Most setting spray has alcohol in it, im afraid this method will dry and age the undereye further in a long run. So i dont dare to use it often on my already dry skin.
I make my own with rose water and a tiny bit of glycerin and aloe vera. No need to buy those expensive sprays!
Charlotte tilbury setting spray is alcohol free so I can’t wait to try this technique !❤
thx for tip!!

Great
Same, I do this with a beauty blender and a tiny bit of powder once and love it for my oily skin and it doesn't dry it out either.
Trying it tomorrow for work! My concealer never lasts the full day
What's your favorite concealer? Just curious
Can someone tell me if this me this works by just using setting spray only as I’ve tried numerous powders and find them drying

Please make vidio for bulged eye makeup
I get a lot of setting spray under my eye when I spray my face. I usually don’t have an issue
Can anyone recommend what to do because my undereyes are dry straight after i set with powder. I make sure my skin is moistured, i use a hydrating primer, i use a damp sponge but as soon as i set with powder its just dry and cracking :(
What powder are you using? Some powder are very dry.. i really like the airspun one it’s not drying
