  • Ingredients:
    Jackfruit (1 can)
    Lychee (1 can)
    Rambutan (1 can)
    Coconut jelly (1 can)
    Longan (1 can)
    Green grass jelly (1 can)
    Half & half milk (1 cup)
    Coconut milk (1 cup)
    Rock Sugar (½ cup)
    Directions:
    1. Drain and rinse all the fruits in the can and cut it into bite sized pieces. For the jackfruit, cut it in strips, lychee & rambutan gets cut in half and for the grass jelly cut it into little cubes.
    2. Make a simple syrup by heating up 1 cup of water and placing in ½ cup of rock sugar, cook it on medium low until the rock sugar is dissolved then take off the heat and let it cool.
    3. Combine all the fruits together, add 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of half & half, mix well then add in the simple syrup, taste as you go and base it on the sweetness level that you want.
    4. Let the fruit cocktail sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so all the flavors can develop
    5. Scoop it into individual popsicle molds & place it in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight
