Seeing this with Officer Joe Bolton brought a smile to my face and tears of joy to my eyes. It was such a beautiful time to be a kid alongside my little brother, we loved Officer Joe Bolton and The Three Stooges. Thank you for sharing this wonderful, special moment in our lives.

Thanks for posting. This brings back memories of coming home after school and watching The Little Rascals and the 3 Stooges in the afternoon.

I was hoping most of all to hear the whistled theme. Gotta wait till the very end to hear that.

Another one of those after school goodies we couldn't wait to see. The good old days when a cop with his baton wasn't considered a threat, and The Three Stooges weren't too violent for us to watch unsupervised. Maybe it was just our generation being smarter? I can't say for sure. I never knew of any kid smashing a frying pan over the head of another kid. I never knew of any kid taking a flying leap off a building, or try to stop a powerful locomotive, or stop a bullet with his chest. Losing TV privileges for bad grades was the worst thing ever. No cartoons? Oh the humanity !!

I remember when Officer Joe Bolton hosted the Little Rascals[This clip here is where Buckwheat is having a Milli Vanilli moment(ha,ha)] and when he hosted the Three Stooges when I was kid. Those were the days. I also remembered when Captain Jack McCarthy hosted Popeye as well.

Were they still selling Chocks in the late 1970s/early 1980s? If not, I don't know how, but I do seem to remember them.

Action for Children’s Television chased the Stooges and Little Rascals off TV

Sadly..Mrs.Charren's ACT also chased alot of local kids tv shows and their mc's off the air.

My two bestfriends and myself were on the Officer Joe show back in I think around 66 or 67 since I remember it a bit we were around 5. I would LOVE to get that footage if anyone knows if it's possible sadly I assume most of his shows are lost.

I'm afraid that that videotape footage of you and your friends..who appeared on "The Three Stooges Show"with "Officer Joe"no longer exist..but? I hope..Gisala..that the audio air check of our favorite NYC kids tv cop and the boys will entertain you and your friends.

Thank you for ALL the shows our generation watched every day but where is/are the
monologues of OFFICER JOE BOLTON? The man talked to is and gave us advice. Every kid loved him - he was an integral part of THE THREE STOOGES.
    This is disappointing.

"Officer Joe"first scorned "The Little Rascals"on "The Clubhouse Gang"on WPIX TV Ch.11 in NYC from Monday evening January 17,1955 to Friday September 13,1957. "Uncle Joe"Bova and later on Chubby Jackson screened those films on"The Little Rascals Shows"on WABC TV Ch.7 in NYC..Weekday evenings and weekday mornings from 1958 to 1961. "Capt.Jack"McCarthy would host:"The Little Rascals Show"on Ch.11 from 1968 to 1970..and "Officer Joe"would screen the cinema antics of the gang one more time from 1971 to 1973.

I had forgotten Officer Joe Bolton until I saw this youtube video. I definitely remember him! He was so great! The neighborhood cop on the beat, when policemen would walk a beat in New York. I loved watching him on TV!
