They formed the basis of my best friendships, my overall sense of humor, my powers of observation, outlook on the absurdities of life, and my ability to block any fingers coming at my face (LOL). And I'm not joking here really at all! As long as there's a planet earth, and a way to show things on a screen, the Stooges will live forever.
In 1964 on ch 11 in the ny metropolitan area at 3 o'clock in the afternoon officer joe bolton used to have the 3 stooges show from 3 o'clock till 4 o'clock then captain jack McCarthy had the Popeye show, those my friends was the most exciting time just running home from school just to watch them 2 show's i will never ever forget those show's as long as i live. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Those home movies,Priceless!
I love Shemps hair, it's so perfect and keeps really well looking even into his later years.
The Three Stooges will always make people, young and old laugh, for generations to come.
Great stuff, so glad she was able to share this with us, they brought so much laughter to so many.Wonderful!
great home movies! She was adorable, the hair!
This was amazing! I'm so grateful she was so generous in sharing her home movies with the public.
I think she looks a little like Lily Tomlin.
Lee Cox Geez, she does.
Lee Cox The Incredible Shrinkin Woman for Sure
Lee Cox yes she even has same mannerisms and voice
Indeed she does
holy crap she does!
Those Guys were the GOATS, no doubt Comedy Kings for all time lines.
Wow!! Ive never seen that footage before! That's amazing! Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks!
Major part of my childhood tv! Thanks for sharing!
Great video and thanks for sharing! Moe,Shemp, and Curly's dad looks just like Shemp and Moe! I actually thought it was Shemp at an older age.
I grew up watching the Three Stooges. Shame on the people who gave this a Thumbs Down. You are what's commonly referred to as a Stick in the mud.
Many years ago I met her. She lived a few blocks from where I lived. She had a box of Moe's cancelled checks and sold them for 5.00 or 10.00 each and donated the money to charity. I still have them to this day.
I have one
That’s a sweet thing to do.
Are you interested in selling any?
Thank You so much for posting this very interesting and delightful interview with Moe's daughter Joan!
Those old films were legitimately funny even by today's standards. How awesome it must've been to grow up with them as her family.
Those were priceless home movies.
So cool. Wish this was a longer interview.
Thank you for sharing of the greatest stooges ever
Thankfully, Joan is still with us.
This was great. I sort of remember seeing this episode when it first aired and I'm surprised how many of the comments are from just the last 48 hours.
Yeah, for some reason this video has gotten into YT’s algorithm, or something.
7:32-7:36. Very rare moment all three Howard brothers on screen together. Narrated by Moe's daughter, and an added appearance by their father, makes this a treat to watch.
Thank you Howard family. :)
They were great, no one to compare them today. Sad, but there are all gone.
R I P great comics
😇😍♥️
I remember watching this on Letterman's late night show on NBC. The old family movies were fun and touching. The Three Stooges will never age or be forgotten. I still watch reruns today.
