I was just at Valleyfair for the first time last week and boy this ride surprised the heck out of me! It's a tad on the rough side, but the laterals and airtime make it totally worth the ride. This was my favorite coaster at Valleyfair and I did not at all expect it to be!
Have a sense of scale; that first big hill-turn that looks like the letter D, is much bigger IRL than any video makes it seem.
nothing like the classic wooden ones..way to go guys.
i wish it was smoother, but i think the roughness adds character to renegade.
Didn’t notice any roughness and I rode it on plenty of seats 🤷🏻♂️

I went to valley fair and my favorite ride was wild thing
It's crazy that your hand is sticking way out the side of the train and the ride ops don't seem to care at all. I feel like most CF parks wouldn't allow that.
It’s crazy that certain clearance exists on ALL rides. We work with all Cedar fair parks and know exactly what’s safe and what aint

It’s already a great ride so I’d rather a ground up RMC tbh. Or they could figure out how to redo Excalibur
Is this a new coaster at Valleyfair or is it the former Excalibur coaster? It looks like the Excalibur smoothed out. Back in the day it was rough and jerky
This is Regenade built in 2007. Excalibur is a completely different coaster and is still there in back of the park.
