Assassin's Creed: Revelations actually surprised me with Yusuf's death. He was such a solid, reliable bro and I didn't expect him to be offed. It actually got me pissed at Ezio's foes and the revenge mission afterwards was very welcome.
Yusuf’s death in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations was definitely a tough moment. He was such a charismatic and loyal character, and his sudden demise added an emotional punch to the story. It made the stakes feel personal for Ezio, which drove home the seriousness of the Templar threat. The revenge mission right after felt like a natural and cathartic response, making you want to go after the Templars with even more determination. It’s one of those narrative twists that deepened the story and made it more impactful.
Yusuf Tazim was indeed a kind and honorable man, always standing by Ezio’s side and defending the city of Istanbul with unwavering loyalty. His bravery and leadership were a testament to his character. May his soul rest in peace, and his legacy live on in the Brotherhood. He truly was one of the greats.
@shauci True. All depends on what they do with the Mirage. If they actually do a good job at Mirage, then I still think Yusuf as the protagonist would be a good game. As he says when the Byzantine emperor was in charge the assassins were hunted down and killed on the spot. And for the past 5 years, the templars have been quiet. Considering the voice actor is American and recieved coaching for the role and accent, I'd say he did admirably. Also Ubisoft changed the accents because they found the stereotypical accent that we associate with foreign languages is accurate. So, they instead changed the accents enough so that they didn't seem "offensive". They did the same with the Italians in 2 and Brotherhood.
@NinjaStyle I never said they did. I'm just saying that the accent we often associate as being a, "stereotypical" accent for a language is an exaggeration based on accurate observation. For instance Indian Brahmin accents are very similar to what we think is the stereotypical Indian accent (depends on the thickness), but then there are Oxford educated Indians who have a slight inflection but with the vast majority of their vocabulary sounding like Recieved Pronunciation (Upper-class British).

The memories the ezio trilogy was perfect it really hurt me when Yusuf died
He was like that first friend you make in a country you decide to visit.
I would’ve liked to know more about Yusuf.
More than a decade later, the hook and the blade still cracks me up.
I just can't
I can't see that sad moment of the game again in this video please
@Harshvardhan Godara
The sad part doesn't happen until 19:26, so most of the video is happier stuff!
I'm from turkey and yusuf's voice actor didn't speak turkish well
Ahmet Kürşat Hancı that’s a shame... it shouldn’t be too hard to find a good voice actor who does the turkish language justice!
@NinjaStyle Ah no it's okay you're fine.
The accwnt slaughtered it lol i kno a little turkish i watch ertugrul and hoping to learn turkish
Yusuf can rest knowing that his last lineage Emir fought for freedom
Was shocked when they killed him off
Yosuf and Malik were my favs
RIP Yusuf Tazim
He was such a badass
I can hear that the Voice over of yusuf isnt a turkish guy he speaks turkish like a stranger who learns to speak turkish
@sülüman Judging from how the city is 'colored', it's rather obvious that the team didn't bother distinguishing Turkey from those of the Arab world.
He couldn't even say some words.
@@FalconWindbladerI'd say it's very different from how they did the Arab countries
Deserved his own game
Take a shot every time Yusuf touches Ezios shoulder
I cried when I saw Yusuf killed
Me too buddy
Man i miss ezio and the brotherhood, rest in peace ezio and yusuf 😔
this guy was awesome
I wish we got more of Yusuf. He was a great character who we sadly didn't see much of.
