Im an American living in Sweden and I LOVE eurovision. Melodifestivalen is such an exciting time! This was by far my favorite performance. Loreen is good but their energy is unmatched. The vibe was on point!
They LITERALLY smashed it! Shame Loreen is in the running because these guys could win!

I love these gentlemen, Apoc(Short for The Apocalypse DJ) is the drummer and he’s the mascot and he’s a nerdy sweetheart. He used to stream on Twitch during quarantine. He doesn’t speak though, only through chat. I found them back in 2020/2019 and instantly fell in love. I hope they win. Smash Heads forever!
What a shame Loreen won, this one could’ve made Sweden proud by winning.

I saw them live in Dallas, Texas. They were beyond awesome.
This act was my fav to win until I saw Loreen's performance. But without her competing, I would love them to win. Very strong stage presence and amazing vocals.
Loreen has had her moment of glory, let's have some new faces shine. She's overhyped anyway.

They were really good! Remind me of the time between 2000-2010 and Linkin Park, Offspring and these kind of commercial rock/punk/metal band that was played everywhere then. It was a great time and there was a lot of great music. I hope that this kind of music can come back into the spotlight.
Smash Into Pieces came in third in the final! I have loved this band for years now. They are touring in the US this year too! I hope to see them in New York in May! Their drummer is known as APOC and they have a sort of story being told through some of their music videos. They are fascinating and among the top bands I've been listening to the past 3 or 4 years. They put out new music all the time, not years between new releases!
We literally got multiple potential esc winners this year in Sweden, I want to hear them all for a long time but you will only remember one sadly

You need to check out their music videos. Many have this apocalyptic video game feel to them. They also competed in Melodifestivalen this year, 2024 with Heroes are calling. LOVED it. Check out the live performance from the final or the official music video.

Definitely Linkin Park, "nu metal". And to think this was Swedens third pick at the contry finals... Sweden could have sent top 3 (heck even top 6) and been at the top of Eurovision 2023 with all of the songs.

For me this is a worse version of Venom - OLLIE from Estonia, and I loved that song so much so it’s not that bad
