I love that despite having an app Pam still posts new workouts for us free of cost on youtube. She could have simply posted new content on her app, like other youtubers do once they get the required recognition from youtube. No hate to them, but this thing of Pam made me love her all the more. No constantly asking us to use her app, or putting one part of workout on youtube and rest on the app. A very Happy Birthday Pamela. Thank you for everything
In addition: If you download her app, you can use most workout plans for free (and her workouts of course) - without paying anything - only the 60 min hardcore plan and the plan for busy people (only 3 workout days per week) are are not accessible without paying 👍🏻🥰🥰🥰
