It's one section and I'll be selling as-is and honestly it isn't hideous and breathes life into the place. If people see you cared about a home, it's not a wreck, makes tasteful sense, i don't believe in going "neutral" nuts!!! I'm saving my money for my forever home!!!
I searched on Google for local agents and 2% Realty showed up! I think it's their policy so it was crucial when I sold this property since I knew I would be losing some money. I read some review on the agent, met them in person and got a good vibe.
