Animal Crossing New Horizons Yule Log Cake Tutorial

  • I love the little decorations/furniture in the game so I decided to recreate the yule log cake! So adorable and perfect for Christmas :) Hope you try it out!

    Recipe:
    Chocolate sponge (10 x 12 inch rectangular sponge)
    3 egg yolks
    15g caster sugar
    20g oil
    20g milk
    40g cake flour
    10g cocoa powder
    3 egg whites
    45g sugar
    Bake at 190°C / 374°F for 10 min
    Chocolate cream (Filling for cake) (Tip: you do not have to use everything if you feel that it is too much)
    200g heavy whipping cream
    40g icing / powdered sugar
    10g cocoa powder
    Chocolate ganache (Coating for cake)
    100g chocolate
    50g heavy whipping cream
    Decorations
    Green, reddish and yellowish brown gumpaste / fondant
    Dark and white COMPOUND chocolate (those with oil instead of cocoa butter in the ingredients; they will stay solid even at room temp) Or you can use tempered chocolate if you have
    Strawberries
    Music
    Fluffy
    Sky Blue
    Twinkle Funny (piano ver.)

    you should totally make the other custmized version of the yule log too ,the chocolate one so perfect
