I’ve never eaten a Sloppy Joe before - I don’t even know what it’s made of! So I invited ‪@HalleBurns‬ my kitchen to help me whip up some Sloppy Joes, but with a vegan & Indian twist! Pav Bhaji is a classic Indian street food dish from Mumbai (where I’m from) and I feel like it’s similar to an American Sloppy Joe, but with a LOT more flavor! Don’t be fooled - this dish is almost as easy as opening a can of Sloppy Joe mix (that’s how Sloppy Joes are made, right?!)! Plus - Halle is going to share a delicious edition from her upcoming debut cookbook ‘Call Me Vegan’ that takes these Sloppy Joes to the NEXT level!
