I was almost going to buy this bike.. but bigwing workshops don't sell spare parts over the counter.. my friend went to buy a few spares as he prefers doing DIY repairs on his highness but they refused to give the spares and they are forcing to get the repairs done in the svc center.. this can be acceptable when they have good mechanics right now they have newbies and they dont even allow people to stand near their own bikes to monitor the progress.. which held me back from buying any affordable bigwing product 😔

its good but i dont know why it is not selling in huge numbers , is it the looks that is too much commuterish like some of honda’s other 150-200cc bikes??
If a person had to ride 80 to 90 km per day. 30k in a year. Is it ok to purchase cb300f for daily commuting. Maitain cost kitna ayega. Should a person go for a big bike
@@tanim072 first free services is 2200-2500 each and 3000 for normal service. Its decently priced. If maintained neat and well theres not much cost to maintain this bike. A oil and filter change each year after first 3 free services should do.
I dont know what's wrong with Yamaha and Suzuki Yamaha is making their bikes so costly and Suzuki on the other hand doesn't want to give any updates to their 155 and 250 cc bikes 😮💨
Man the only reason I didn't buy the fz25 was because I didn't have money to maintain it and then yamaha also discontinued it because it was a old engine from 1980s dual sport bike XTZ 250 and low sales also. They just let it die after 2020 since they knew it would not comply with phase 2 norms. When this CB300F arrived honda priced it crazy expensive, that killed the interest immediately since people had options like MT-15, Hunter 350 , Jawa42, Highness CB350 etc hence this got neglected. And it still hasn't recovered even after price-cut and new revised pricing for E20 compliant version in September 2023. Thats why its not selling . Anyway this bike has everything which Yamaha fz25 didn't have. But I don't know if I will be upgrading to this bike in future or not. Because this bike has a serious problem of spare parts availability across india they don't have much Bigwing showrooms in india. Can we service it at regular honda service centre or its only Bigwing? Anyway i am confused between CB300F, jawa42 ,Hunter 350, Gixxer 250 naked ,Hero Maverick 440 and Triumph Speed 400? I am using a Gixxer 155 2017 version carburetted 😅. Therefore i know a thing about raw feel that Aircooled I.C. engine have . The smell and the vibes are feel good to a biker. Personally I have a thing for Japanese bikes & Triumph so Gixxer 250 CB300F and Speed 400 is on top of the list because i know i won't go wrong with these 3 . Others are sketchy especially the Hero and Jawa42 . I will be riding this bike mostly in city and maybe do occasional touring once a month maybe. So tell me which one should i get?
@@motowristsly I live in Mulund , Mumbai which is in between Mumbai and Thane . I got all 3 actually near me but in different directions 😂. Anyway why shouldn't i go for Gixxer 250 naked version 🤔? I mean it has the most sophisticated oil cooling set-up in sub500cc class of bikes. Heck that oil cooling works like liquid cooling with oil cooling jacket and Radiator fan alongside the external oil cooler. Sure its a SOHC set-up but it comes with 4valve and easy to maintain . Besides Suzuki could offer me with a good exchange offer during festive season. I personally find the gixxer to be purpose built According to Indian conditions. It doesn't have too much features just the essential like Gear indicator, ABS , a good LED headlight which CB300F lacks , telescopic forks with fork protectors (easy to maintain/takes beating of Indian roads better than USD forks), light clutch even if its not slipper clutch, that affordable sophisticated engine with great suspension for city and highway duties and Bluetooth connectivity and navigation which work well 👏 👍. Yes it's a little expensive but that's because of sophisticated oil cooling set-up and good quality parts used . I have a fear that CB300F might end up getting discontinued like FZ25 but because of low sales . That's why I find the Gixxer 250 a better option, even speed 400 . I know Triumph will make more bikes on that platform so it will be there. Even suzuki might update Gixxer 250 with new looks and features next year but CB300F can get discontinued anytime because it really doesn't sell as intended and Honda has done that in past with many bikes being discontinued in 4years just like that. Parts availability would be a major issue then since it only gets sold from Bigwing dealerships.
