How Much Difference Do Tubes Makes?!

After checking how much difference electronics and hardware in/on your guitar make, I went to the next part of the chain: the amp. And without actually modding the amp, or changing the amp altogether, you can only change the tubes... apart from the settings ofcourse. Plenty of people claim that different tubes will make a huge difference, and I want to put that theory to the (non-scientific) test!
The tubes I used are a Tube Town 12AX7 / ECC83 Classic for V1, Tung-Sol 12AX7 / ECC83 Reissue for V2 and V3 and a matched pair of Electro Harmonix EL34 tubes.
