It is funny how he conquered a planet supposedly but he’s sneaking in the middle of the night 😂😂 like a teenager
I think Jules vocalizing his own hypocracy hurt him more than it would have hurt Scourge. All Scourge wants is some genuine love and appreciation, like Sonic gets, but he never does, no matter how hard he tries. The key is that the king needs discpline, and the knowhow to serve his own people. Scourge always boasted kingship, without growing to understand what it means to earn it and that a king is still a member of a team, even if 'gets the title'. Hes strong, capable, and iconic, hes no less the hedgehog Sonic or Shadow is, but hes too focused on outdoing Sonic, he forgets to outdo HIMSELF. The hypocracy comes because the same kind of treatment follows the opposite kind of person, a 'Nobody' to Jules, is a 'Somebody' to Scourge. If Scourge would pull his head out of his ass and grow up, maybe he'd learn that all those people he thinks are 'somebodies' bullied him into believing that crap. Hes still cooler, and tougher than Shadow and Sonic combined, but that doesnt mean he has to do things opposite in every damn way. Hes the best, so he should act like it.
The thing about that is that Scourge is the literal opposite of sonic mentally, morally, and motivationally: Sonic is a goofball at heart but always knows when to get serious, always believes there is good in someone no matter what they've done, and fights against Eggman to protect those he loves, while Scourge is a coward who hides it by using his power to exert his will, always believes someone is just as bad as he is if given the opportunity, and fights anyone who disagrees with him. So, fundamentally the two have completely opposite ideas on what "the best" means: Sonic wants to be best he can be as a person, Scourge wants to be the best by forcing others into second place any way he can.
@@PoorBoyProductions660 The way you speak about Scourge would really hurt him ya know. He's Extreme Sonic, not Opposite Sonic. Only he gets to choose how HE is, that's what it means to be the best. And the king is ALSO a servant.

... As someone who actually DID kill their old man... I have to wonder if Scourge's issues aren't caused at least a little by it, if he did do the deed. Different circumstances, but... there is forever gonna be some part of me that wants his approval, even when he's been gone for decades. I think one of the reasons I can relate is knowing how it is to have someone too busy to make time for you, and in my case being abusive when he COULD make time... Me and my old man only really had one positive interaction in my entire life, and it was more because he was pissed at the other person than ever desiring to stand up for me. Someone who cared for him and made time for him, and who he in turn could love and care for. I know Scourge's thing main motivation is basically wanting to be more than another sonic... but, I think, on some level, he's also jealous, jealous and envious of what was denied to him.

Because like Jules said, he is not his father and Scourge is not his son. He is nobody to him. Whatever similarities the two have had he knows that Scourge isn’t his son, which is why he doesn’t compare him to Sonic, but the people of his world, because Scourge is just a stranger to him, another cowardly villain in a world of heroes.
Thanks so much for having me on; it came out great!!!
In my cannon
Scourge is voiced by Ryan
Jules is voiced by Roger
And Sonic is voiced by Jason
Frontiers Roger works so well with Jules
It seems like after Jules created peace he got really busy and Sonic pulled a Boruto but to the extreme and killed his father and his kingdom along with his peace. Just like any child all we want is approval, but he killed his own dad like wtf 😂 interesting little comic that says a lot without much. Sonic would go dark sonic if he lost his dad.
@@PoorBoyProductions660 All Scourge needed to do was be real, and recognize that not being the ONLY cool one, doesn't make you not the coolest, the stronger, or the fastest, but it doesn't make you the best. Just the best 'Scourge'.
@@PoorBoyProductions660 Scourge was so focused on being the 'baddest of the bad.' He forgot how much more worth he had if he actually had the mind to do it. Imagine being Sonic in a world with everything and everyone stacked against him? But still having the true strength to stay a half decent dude?
@@PoorBoyProductions660 No one ever said that a villain couldn't live long enough to see themselves become a hero
Bro is just the GOAT
Another dub of maybe the best comic story ever.
... As someone who actually DID kill their old man... I have to wonder if Scourge's issues aren't caused at least a little by it, if he did do the deed. Different circumstances, but... there is forever gonna be some part of me that wants his approval, even when he's been gone for decades. Approval I know I can never have, and WOULD never have because my father was an abusive asshole, but... I can relate to Scourge a bit. Just a bit.
Edit: Second thought struck me... I think one of the reasons I can relate is knowing how it is to have someone too busy to make time for you, and in my case being abusive when he COULD make time... Me and my old man only really had one positive interaction in my entire life, and it was more because he was pissed at the other person than ever desiring to stand up for me. Thinking about it, Scourge really is just a sad, lonely child who thinks leathers and a bad attitude make him tougher than he is... The tears say it all, he wished his father was like Sonic's. Someone who cared for him and made time for him, and who he in turn could love and care for. I know Scourge's thing main motivation is basically wanting to be more than another sonic... but, I think, on some level, he's also jealous, jealous and envious of what was denied to him.
Wow... Sorry you had to go through something like that, I hope you're doing better now or, at least, working towards doing better.
@@PoorBoyProductions660 Things got alot better, I didn't turn out like the edgy hedgie, thankfully!
Oh my god... that's terrifying to hear...
@@jessecrafts2630 What is, that I ended my father? The Asshole killed my mother and dog, and almost got me too... trust me, he had it coming...
@gallexfireteam7025 I'm sorry you went through all that and Yeah he did deserve it but it was just scary to hear. I'm sorry if I made it sound like I was trying to make you feel bad or something... I am very sorry you had to go through all that.. I wanna give you a hug.
Fantastic dub honestly not one ounce of cringe just exactly how it should sound, great job
Jules is the only one who defeat Scourge in a Combat of reasons
Even to this day the backstory we got from this so METAL!!!!
It just shows how Jules would sacrifice himself for his son a true good dad💗
Godly voice acting and SFX to go along with it.
I like the thumbnail. It's kind of funny.
I haven't really read the comics but this gave more info of scourge than I thought I just thought he was an evil sonic but his backstory is kinda tragic doesn't make what he did right but I can't help but feel bad for him
I gotta say that-a your dub is great! Mario approves yahoo!
Whoa! Sonic's Dad is stone bold awesome! Talk about being bold with nerves if steel, LITERALLY!😃 And to be honest, I think he could take
Scourge, enough to take the green copycat trash out😅! Seriously, he's cool! I guess its true what they say about how things run in the family. And being war heroes definitely runs in Sonic's family, that's for sure!
Can’t wait for more updates and content!!!
Amazing voice acting and background effects to go along with the comic.
Yoooo this was fire
1:23 jfk 😂spot on
But really this dub and comic hits hard.
At the end when he said “no body”
This was really nice, thanks for making this video. =]
“Late night surprise pummeling”
*snort*
1:27 Why does he sound like Mayor Quimby from the Simpsons lol
It's JFK 🙃
Love this video a bunch! I watch it all the time and even now it's still amazing!
Tbh I actually got inspired off of this video and made a Fandub of this myself however I think I did Jules voice a bit Terribly which is fine but fun to make Credit goes to you my man I hope your having an amazing day and can't wait for more content from you I enjoy it 😊✨
would be fun if jules said "Nobody. No -- A nobody" at the end
I think Jules IS afraid... but he's afraid that he'll let his son down, and that he'll let his wife get hurt. So being hurt by someone like Scourge is less scary that those fears that all fathers have.
HE LECTURED THE TEARS OUT OF HIM
Way past cool
Father lore:
This is why the sonic franchise is still alive; devoted sonic fans.
Damn I miss Scourge... also, excellent dub.
Nice
I'm very much surpised sonic has a dad. Like. Sure there was his mum from underground vut never saw the father.
Always loved this issue
Sonic dad like I’m bout to end your whole career
You made Anti Jules sound like JFK?!?
More as a joke since Anti-Jules looked more like a politician than a soldier
It must've blown his mind to have his own son kill him.
That's amazing, man!
Man, there NEEDS to be an animated series with Jules... or any Sonic Dad... in it.
One of the things I wanna do once I get the cash is try to get Sega to produce an Archie Sonic series, maybe a game, because the comic run wasn't enough for those characters to shine
@@PoorBoyProductions660 And now most of those characters sit idling in a content vault when fans aren't trying to draw them. The only ones to dodge that were the Hooligans; I'm enjoying their comic so far
This rival is very dangerous, but sonic can defeat him.
Essa edição sempre é boa de se ver. Mandaram bem na fandublagem : )
2:32 to 2:37 , Wait a minute, WAS THAT A JOJO POSE/REFERENCE
Jules the Hedgehog.
Stand: "Daddy Never Was The Cadillac Kind"
Stand Ability: "Cat's in the Cradle": The ability to make boys who haven't had a proper father run away in shame.
I wont lie, when i first read this scene, i was pretty confused as to how jules was able to ward scourge off like that.
Ele meteu o dedo bem na ferida.
Sonic can fight at the speed of sound and mess up Robotnik/Eggman.
Jules can fight by being a good father.
Amazing
SCOURGE THE HEDGEHOG IS THE BEST VILKAIN OF SONIC THE HEDGEHOG AND ELMO IS MY BEST VILLAIN
I think I have this comic somewhere.
you know a story I wish they cover the Archie comics before they got canceled. I was kind of hoping that scourge to find out that sonic killed a version of his father and use that as the seminary saying that we are the same.
Has jules ever met metal sonic?
Not that I can recall
I miss theses Sonic comics
Nah if you put Jules and metal sonic in a robo fight. Metal sonic is coming out crying like no tomorrow
He’s going to run to big daddy Robotnik
Now that makes me wonder what would happen if they met
@@jessecrafts2630 "A robot copy of my son? It's like staring in a cruel watered down mirror... everything I see in him is reflected in a negative way. My son is cocky but friendly while you are prideful and egotistical, he is selfless and you are selfish, he is free while you try your hardest to be it. I wonder? Is there a soul behind all those bolts or just the ego of the creator? No matter, I shall see for myself."
@@GordonNight1 wow!
how is he the father if hes not biologically the same not only that but the hedgehog was brown bro and got speed from obtaining something... is this alternative?
I think you're thinking of the Fleetway Sonic comics, this is the Archie Comics run. In short, the robot is Sonic's dad who was turned into a robot to keep him from dying, Scourge is Sonic from a parallel universe with an ego problem. You'd have to read the Archie run to get the full picture on what's happening.
Always hated this character just green sonic smh
I respect your opinion, but that's like saying Amy is just pink Sonic. Scourge has a lot more going for him than just "Sonic but green"
@PoorBoyProductions660 I mean how many sonic counterparts we need shadow was enough metal was enough mecha
@@blackpotatomaster except anti Sonic/scourge was first before any of them
@@blackpotatomaster clamining Shadow is Sonic's counterpart is not wrong but just to a tiny extent, he sure served as a parallel gameplay wise earlier games and motivation wise
But at the end of the day, Shadow is his own character, that happens to be the same species as Sonic and also have chaos abilities, but so is Silver and he's clearly not meant to be a parallel,
Not only that, but the Sonic series is full of counterparts to Sonic, but not as in "Alternate version of character" (Shadow is not part of this, at least after SA2), and more to as characters that are answers to Sonic personality, Shadow (similar at first, uses different ways), Knuckles (duty-bounded and serious, and his strenght is equivalent to Sonic speed) and Blaze, by far, Blaze is the character that goes far into counterpart thing, she is duty-bounded while Sonic is freedom minded, Sonic have fear of water but high places are fine (specially since he is associated with wind), Blaze fears heights but is fine with water (represented as a swimmer in the olympic games and her entire dimension being water), their color scheme is a reversal of each other Sonic blue fur to Blaze's yellow eyes, Blaze's purple fur to Sonic's green eyes (negative color stuff), they are opposites, but when working togheter, they complete each other (I dont mean in a ship way), Sonic freedom ideology response to Blaze duty-focused is Sonic Rush main theme
Shadow is something similar, he isnt just Sonic but "X stuff", because by this logic Knuckles and Blaze should be just Sonic clones but you dont think as they arent hedgehogs
@jasondobbins9735 I mean your just the first in a long line of dups so ppl barley know you and shadow eclipsed you where in all reality you should be lol like he's not that great
