I love this complex workout. Please do more of this. I always love your workouts. It's very doable. Especially when I'm burned out by heavy workouts. More power to your channel.

Great workout! I enjoyed the format. I didn't think I could do it all again in the second round (I really dislike repeating!) but I did it! I really appreciate all the new content and diverse workouts.
I always thought I’d get bored and hate AMRAPS, so I never pick your ones that have that in the title (I wouldn’t have started this one if it did!) but I loved it! It went by so fast with no boredom! Loved the cardio twists at the end too! Thanks Amy!
Love this type of workout. Question - I was using heavy weights and could only go much slower than Amy, should this workout be done with lighter weights to be able to safely move quicker? Thanks for any suggestions!!
Very effective. While I didn't like changing moves every five reps, It sure did get my heart rate up. Maybe would have liked it more if it wasn't 200% humidity here in MI at 7 AM!
Yes, love this format and the extended cardio in each group in the second round! The whole body is worked and you get that wonderful feeling of accomplishment! Definitely in favor of more of these type workouts! 🔥💦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😁!
I’m a huge Amy fan but this wasn’t my favorite workout. I really don’t like repeats so I dropped out when she stared the 2nd round. I also had trouble with the second circuit. If felt very awkward for me and I had a hard time moving from move to move.
