Always LOVE the fusion when you add the mobility moves! There was a lot of brain involvement in each circuit with each move. So each circuit was lower body + brain, upper body + brain, & Core + brain 😃 because I had to remember a lot for each move 😃 And I absolutely LOVED all the circuits! 🔥💖 Thanks a lot Amy for all these awesome workout videos.

I never leave a comment but I just HAVE TO this time! Woah, Amy, that was amazing!! Loved it loved it loved it! I went to this workout feeling fatigued and with a headache but knew I'd feel better after this. And yes! Finished with a big smile on my face, energized and rid of that headache. Those stretches were exactly what my body needed + I felt like I could go more intense with the strength exercises thanks to the way these sets were designed. Wonderful! This side lunge stretch was soooo good! Thanks a lot :)
I love this workout. I struggle with mobility in right hip flexor and really enjoyed the stretch with the lifts. Keep up the great work! Your workouts have helped me to lose 18lbs and tone up. Thank you!
This was alot of fun. I decided to add it in today as bonus workout. I did single dumbell sweat earlier. I loved the variety. Having the mobility added in really tricked my brain into thinking it wasn't as challenging even though it was. I got a great burn and my brain got a workout too on some of the moves. Thank you for all the great videos. 🔥
Brilliant! I love that you truly think of our lives and how our bodies need to support our every day activities (not something I cared much about in my younger days) Bonus- it still is a workout that makes you sweat!
This is great! Thank you Will include in my home workout regimen. I have been on a strict calorie deficit for the past 3 weeks with regular weight training and I have not shed a pound. Hope it shows after a month or two. Any suggestions?
I am most definitely not an expert, but just from my own experience, I'm curious if maybe your deficit is too much? I know that if I restrict calories too much, my body tries to hold on to weight instead of losing! :)
You probably need to add calories for weight training. I would take measurements too not just use the scale (I think Amy has a video on how to take measurements)
Great workout but I would really like it if you left the floor work (like planks and pikes etc.) for last. Not everyone is able to do floor work and if you left it to the end it would give people like me the opportunity to stop where the floor work begins rather than having to interrupt the workout wait for the standing parts to begin again. Thank you, keep up the great workouts.

Too many complex moves. Hard to keep up. Stop and start makes it feel like I did not get a work out.
