In other words, how can someone be passing in the left lane, while someone needs to turn left from the left lane, at the same time and same place...safely? That can't be allowed. That's unsafe. If they really made that law for places with left turns present, they are morons. Judging by their "look for any reason to P.I.T. any vehicle" policy, I can't say that I'm shocked. If I can think of something I hate more than the left lane campers, it's probably someone who's job, by title, and by duties performed daily, "law enforcement" can drive 140 mph without emergency lights or siren, on video breaks and obliterates the law routinely enforced and puts more lives at risk chasing someone for doing the same, probably not as extreme even. (Speeding) I believe over 30mph above posted speed is criminal officer. Without emergency lights/siren do you not have to obey the same traffic laws as everybody else? Idk maybe R-Kansas says them police offenders can do whatever they like because it's a lawful officer safety commandment🫣🫡
