So happy for Update. The good looking nomad Male still in the area? Thanks for answer and respectful greetings from Germany.

Yes..that's what I want to know & I also asked if they knew if it was Jack (that's the nomad male's unofficial name) that killed the one lion cub. I think Jack is SUCH a gorgeous male lion!

Yes he is still on the reserves but seems to roaming the north and central areas more these and sightings, for the film crew at least, have been rare. He is definitely one stunning looking lion🦁

I have a problem with Shamwari: they are not telling us what they did do to Southern Young male, who has gone missing for 6 months now.

Yeah I’m not seeing him on any social media posts. They also don’t keep us up to date with the nomadic lion or the southern pride. I saw a clash between the nomad & and southern male but this channel didn’t even acknowledge it.

Yes, so nice to see healthy cubs...of both the lion & cheetah varieties! Btw, just curious...was it the bachelor male Jack that killed the one lion cub? I'm assuming it was Jack since he lives nearby, right? Sorry that happened.

Yes it was him. And just part of nature. Any male lion in his prime would attempt to do the same thing.

How do animals cope with inbreeding? It's not a rare occasion where a daughter becomes mature while the father is still reigning, right?

Large predators on all responsible game reserves and even some national parks have to be managed to some extent - so lions will be swopped and relocated amongst a host of conservation areas to ensure inbreeding is minimal and genetic diversity thrives.
